No hot water, put us right next to front desk, too loud couldn't get to sleep till 3 am then no hot water at 7 in the morning. Wth

Walls were to thin to keep the neighbors late night TV noise out. Fridge was loud and the bed was to hard until we combined the mattress pads from both beds. The employees and the rest of the accommodations were outstanding.

Took a quick trip with the family over Labor Day Weekend. Hotel was clean quite and comfortable. Everything I have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. Hotel staff was very friendly.

This HOTEL is awesome. Staff: Everybody- I mean every individual was attentive to detail, professional and sweet- super friendly. Hotel: Beautiful, Clean, great breakfast and QUIET.

The hotel was conviently located to the airport and shuttle transportation was available from the airport to the hotel and also from the hotel back to the airport. All staff were very positive and helpful. Room comfortable.

no problems here. room was clean and quiet, i would stay again

Great room. Breakfast was really good. Only a short drive to pikes peak.

Really nice & close to the airport - great location without the usual noise associated with hotels located near major airports.

This hotel is currently under construction and right next to a Holiday Inn. Don't get confused. We arrived after dark and noticed a hotel with boarded up front windows and missed a white sign that said "check in in the back of hotel". There were no signs to really tell us it was the Holiday Inn Express so we went to the Holiday Inn next door and they cleared it up for us. We noticed a small lit sign that said Holiday Inn Express on the way back. Due to the construction area, parking later in the evening was hard to find. I meant to ask about how long construction would be going on to inform future guests but forgot. The check in was easy and our room was nice but small. The bed was comfy. The door to room 207 needed greased as we heard them every time they, (it was a family with children and they were with a family across the hall), opened their door in the morning. The breakfast was OK. There was no coffee when I went to breakfast. I guess you had to go all the way to the back of the hotel and inform the one employee if something ran out. The breakfast room has a door, (temp for construction?) which made it difficult to get my husbands food back to his room with full hands. I did notice while having breakfast that there was some construction noise. It was 8:30 on a Sunday morning. I only hope they didn't have people in rooms on that side of the hotel. We staying in this hotel because we visited one of our favorite breweries in Colorado, Rocky Mountain Brewery, and the hotels at the airport at the closest we can get. The hotels in the area are really all or nothing. You definitely pay for a good nights sleep. I found it odd that this hotel was under construction because I thought it was fairly new.

This hotel is under renovation. And there was nothing on the internet to indicate that. So there are a several passages blocked by large pressboard walls. Workmen woke me up early. The staff was nice but not as on top of things (phone in the room didn't work, dinner recommendation took some prompting for details) as they've been elsewhere. Airport shuttle was on time and good; breakfast was decent.

Nice, comfortable place with free buffet breakfast and wi-fi. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. We got in late, and the hotel staff asked us if we were hungry, she gave us free boxed meals to take back to our room! Would definitely stay again!

I waited an hour for the shuttle to arrive at the airport. A wheelchair accessible shuttle was not available. But the shuttle driver was very helpful once he did arrive.

Felt at home, everything was handy. Very relaxing after a long flight.

It was a nice place to crash after a long day of travel.

A nice place to stay for business purposes. Great location in that it's only 15 minutes from the Colorado Springs airport. The complementary breakfast is below par, but edible for a person on the go.

Visited daughter and family, our 50th anniversity, we ate at Briarhurst,Cheesecake Factory, etc. went to Denver, to see the King Tut display. The hotel was very restful.

I experienced a clean hotel, friendly staff, microwave and refrigerator came in handy, good breakfast, and good rate.

Clean hotel. Very good location. Friendly, helpful staff who made me feel I was a welcome guest. Great breakfast. Will definitely go back.

It was the beginning of our trip, just arriving from the airport. Didn't have to go far and get rested for traveling.

we were locked out of room day 2 because they thought we had checked out. I called before we got there to make sure all was ok and they said they showed us as cancelled and then re-instated. They wanted a credit card at check in so my husband used his. We has ZERO charges at check out and they charged my husband's credit card for 1 night. I paid orbitz for 2 nites so now they have been pd twice.
