It’s a very unpleasant to walk on the hallway to see trash and dirty floors. The bed is old and sloppy. The area isn’t walkable, friendly or safety to do so. However, the room is big and quite. Friendly staff at the front desk.

The whole point of this hotel was for the pools and play place but they were closed and would not let us get a refund and stay somewhere else

Indoor pool and Jacuzzi was closed, morning breakfast.

Obvious this property was sold and has become run down.. stayed at property last year and it was amazing, wasn’t expecting the exact opposite this year. Will not be returning

The indoor pool, restaurant and workout facilities weren’t available and under construction. We asked for queen beds and got full beds. Sheets were stained and ripped. Carpets were covered in leaves. We requested towels and had to wait two hours to get them. Please read the reviews, can’t recommend will never go back.

Do not stay here! I stayed here several times before they switched owners. The clerk was insanely rude. When I called to tell her my room was filthy including a layer of dust on the bathroom vent, mold on the ceiling, dirty socks and toenail clippings. No AC, a broken swamp cooler. She asked me if I thought this was the Hilton and asked what she was supposed to do about it. I asked for a new room. She told me no. I immediately left without staying. I’m insanely disappointed. I have called the health inspector regarding the cleanliness of this hotel.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. They obviously didn’t change the sheets because my wife found a cheerio in the bed. The amenities were ok, but they hadn’t cleaned the hot tub because there was a floating ball of hair in it. The location is deceiving because it seems nice on the map but it is not. There were less than reputable people milling around that did not have a room but were still in the parking lot for nefarious activities. We booked two nights, checked in and out on the first day and didn’t even worry about a refund.

The hotel has two great pools nice lobby area and amenities but as for your room they are not very clean at all you we find evidence of the people prior to you and as for staff cleaning it is present that the do a quick tighty up of the room

it’s a big place under renovation. i was given a room so far off the elevator or entrance, the way to which was like a maze. so you’d need a map to find your way in or out. and someone left a bag of (dog?) poop outside the door to the veranda.

This hotel is hard to find since there are NO SIGNS Then when I checked in the key card machine wasn’t working so someone had to follow me to let me in , and I really couldn’t leave the room since how was I supposed to get back in? The girl . At the front desk didn’t think this was a big deal the hotel is shabby , but my room was clean and the bed and pillows were great ! I took a photo of pillows and I’ll see if I can get any at home

This hotel, looks as though at one time it was a Very nice hotel. Now it is getting cut up, to put in temp controlled storage, wanting to put in extended term living and has closed the bar onsite and any food vendors. No complementally breakfast and only a take and go service, open at a limited time. Also not coffee maker in room they did bring one, but it did not work.

Check in was awesome. The front desk is so helpful and wonderful. All down hill after that. Sporadic rules. Employees that get paid, but don't do their jobs.

It was fine

Everyone was so kind and accommodating. It was refreshing to have such high energy staff surrounding us.

Do not stay here! I stayed here several times before they switched owners. The clerk was insanely rude. When I called to tell her my room was filthy including a layer of dust on the bathroom vent, mold on the ceiling, dirty socks and toenail clippings. No AC, a broken swamp cooler.
