Enjoyed the room!

There was an issue with our reservation that was made 4mo. in advance but the issue was resolved quickly. Staff was friendly eager to please, but the breakfast area was too cramped even with covid protocal in place

Very soft bed.

Friendly staff, modern look and good location. I would stay again !

My room was infested with flying bugs. I called the evening "front desk" at 10:15pm who told me all the rooms are occupied, and if I wanted to leave, I could. He offered no assistance to find another location, come see the room, apology, assistance the following day, nothing. No one reached out to the owner for me the next morning when the Front desk was open and staffed. In the late afternoon, there was a staff person who helped move me into another room. I still was not able to speak to the owner for my troubles. There could have been an apology at the very least, or a credit for my troubles and inconvenience of having to kill bugs for an hour and a half, re-pack my things and move. There was very poor service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Didn’t like the fact that front desk did not open before 7am. We are there to enjoy the Rocky Mountains and normally need early start. Breakfast area not available until 7am is late. The office is closed overnite and the night person to handle emergencies is ridiculously rude and unprofessional. His way of handling a situation where my sisters room was infested with bugs was very uncaring, nonchalant and ignored. His response was he couldn’t move her to another room because no vacancies. My sister was told if she moved out tonight she will not be charged for the room. Was she supposed to sleep in the car?????The right thing to do was to attempt to relocate her to another facility. I couldn’t believe the way he handled the situation. The rest of the staff was very helpful. My sister shouldn’t have to pay for the nights she was there!!!

We had a great stay at the Coyote Mountain Lodge. We really enjoyed using spacious balcony attached to our room. Our room itself was comfortable with an updated large bathroom. We also appreciated the nice breakfast in the cozy lobby.

Good location

Breakfast area was to crowded, small..

Nice place to stay while visiting the national park. Pool was closed one day for undisclosed reason. Breakfast area small and didn't open until 7 AM which could be a problem if you are wanting to head up to the park early. Shower curtain was too short and made water drip onto floor of bathroom--a pain but towels soaked it up. Comfortable beds. Would stay again.

Very poor, unlivable room condition. Slept all days on floor as bed was terrible. Bathroom rod was not there. Phone in room doesn’t work, for any service, you have to walk to front desk and staff was very uncooperative and totally unhelpful. Will stay on road, rather than at this place. Will talk to orbitz for full refund as whole stay was miserable. Manager was not available anytime to talk to or he never bothered to answer our request.

I would rate facility as a 4-5 out of 10; room was vey small and grounds were not well maintained. not a good value for the price

Property is old but well maintained and very clean. Our room was small and no place to hang clothes. Nice walk in shower. Uncomfortable metal chairs.

We’ve stayed here in Estes Park about 10 times and this was one of the best places we’ve stayed thus far. We will be back.

Coyote mountain lodge is a motel style lodge that is homey, inviting, and comfortable. It comes with great views and makes downtown easily accessible. The checking staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are basic but clean and designed to reflect the surroundings. Even with the rooms sold out, it was quiet and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and allowed for a great night's sleep. I will definitely stay again if I am in the area!

Great, helpful staff. Incredible view! Excellent view of the town and mountains.

Staff was wonderful, room was very clean and comfortable.

It is hard to find a hotel in town with vacancy during the summer. We will address this issue asap.
