Staff is as helpful as they can be, but the ads on Expedia are not truthful. The breakfast is a joke. The ads will say there is a sleeper sofa in some of the units. They are if you are less than 4 feet tall. My 4’11” daughter had to sleep diagonal to fit on the bed and her get hung off. Very disappointed. I have stayed there before and loved it, but they have gone downhill in a hurry.

The room you see on their web page and the room you get are two different rooms. On the positive side, the room was very clean and the atmosphere was peaceful, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy some quiet time together. However, we were disappointed to find that the property looked quite different from what was originally advertised when we booked several months in advance. The photos available at that time have since been changed, and we felt somewhat misled by the earlier representation. It didn’t match the expectations we had for such a special occasion, and unfortunately, it left us feeling a bit catfished. Given the high cost of the stay, we expected a more accurate presentation of the property.
