It has now been 3 times that this hotel has messed up my reservation to the point in which my family and i have to leave and find another place to stay. It seems if you book this hotel via Orbitz you become their last priority versus booking direct. I will not try to book this property again.

Great location to the springs, usafa and restaurants

Frequently stay at Marriot hotel chain. Very disappointed.. Hotel had several maintenance issues, also had easily a 1/4 inch of dust on vents in room.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was great, Very relaxing. A very good price for that facility. The staff was really efficient, and polite. Only one negative comment... The room had an advanced and unique A/V panel located on the wall, behind the desk. The panel had four AC Outlets for power. It also has inputs for composite video/audio, S-Video, VGA input with audio inputs (for PC), an HDMI input and USB input. Pretty impressive. Unfortunately the technology on the TV side didn't support any of that. The TV was an older LG, which was manufactured before it was standard to include HDMI inputs. Since that didn't work, we went and hung out at the indoor heated pool and hot tub! Great stay!!!

Very nice place to stay. Well located. A bit difficult to find/drive to. Thank goodness for cell phone maps.

I stayed here last year and enjoyed the level of service and attention to detail enough to rebook this year. What a difference a year makes. Aside from the doormen, who were very friendly and helpful, the remaining staff ranged from unhelpful to surly. When I asked about amenities that are no longer available (like the continental breakfast), the response was "We changed our policy on that." When I noted that the person at check in said it would be available, the response was "She was wrong, sorry". Apparently, I wasn't the only dissatisfied customer because checkout took around 15 minutes waiting behind other customers with complaints. This Marriott won't be on the short list of places to stay when I return to Colorado Springs.

Everything was great except outdoor pool was broken. Wished they would have let me know at check in. Had to find out when I went outside to use it. That was the main reason. I wanted one day to lay by pool and look at the mountains.

I believe this staff was challenged to capacity this weekend. Whatever could have gone wrong went wrong for them. The water boiler broke down on the afternoon of the second day and the the following afternoon until our departure there was no AC. I do fault this staff, they did the best they could to comfort and be accommodating to guess. I would challenge management to develop, implement and use some type of preventive maintenance and checks system, had one been in place it probable that two major systems might not have failed almost simultaneously and this likely could have been prevented. Will I book with them again? Only if I'm told when the last maintenance check was performed and verified on the boiler and AC units. :)

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Perfect location for doing all the local "touristy" stuff! Close to restaurants.

Great trip to Colorado Springs. Lots to do and see. Very beautiful and historic.

Location was convenient, they seem to be upgrading some technology infrastructure. This resulted in two nights without tv, not a huge deal but slightly inconvenient. They did the right thing and moved me to a functioning room on my third night.

There were several reasons why I was extremely disappointed with this stay at the Marriott. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel. We were excited about the indoor and outdoor pools but after a walk through of the facility we noticed the one inside was small, unsupervised which left wild children to play and make a complete mess of the pool and towels. The outside pool was disgusting, dirty and unkept which was a huge disappointment since it was very hot during our visit. The Marriott has 3 elevators and only one worked. We could not locate the stairs, there were NO SIGNS directing us in case of an emergency or a fire use the stairs. We decided to head into the dining area and next to the kitchen we found the hidden stair case. The dining manager chased us to the back of the restaurant and inquired what we needed. I told him the elevators were not working and I needed to know where the stairs were at????? He took us to the doorway right next to the kitchen and we headed up 7 stories. Luckily we are in shape and we were in town to hike. I am not sure if many could make it up 7 stories. The elevators being down, having to walk through the dining area while others were eating dinner, having people from the pool enter from the outside into the dining area was chaos and trashy. I would have expected more from the Marriott. My last complaint was that I could not check out from my room. The service at the desk was extremely slow and I wanted to bypass this. I didn't want to download the APP since I will never stay with them again. I could not check out from my room so I had to stand and wait to check out. The customer service representatives are in no hurry at all. I honestly wish I would have stayed in another hotel. It was busy, a lot of noisy children and big families. I honestly felt since is was located in the tech center that it would be used for their conference rooms, business clients and couples. Not a great stay........I'm surprised it received 3 stars in previous reviews.

We enjoyed the hotel, I would stay again, view from our room was beautiful. The only issue was that the restroom wasn't as clean as I would hope for. It was clean but I don't know if it was my OCD that I had to go over with lysol wipes. And I did not like that we only got 2 large towels.

All was great. Accessibility for my dad was super. He uses a walker and got around great.

We had a great room which was clean. The fitness room was nice and air conditioned. We ordered room service the night before for a breakfast delivery time of 6:00- 6:15. It arrived right at 6:00, which we requested.

I went to the hotel on business from the UK and stayed there because a work colleague recommended it. My 75 year old parents, hearing I was going to be there, drove 600 miles north from their home in Las Cruces, NM, to see me. The night we all arrived, Colorado Springs got hit with the worst freeze in 14 years. The hotel was absolutely wonderful, helping us with everything we needed to get around safely in the icey conditions. Food was a great value. They were particularly great with my parents. Thank you Misty and all your colleagues!!!

The hotel itself is very nice and so are the rooms. No complaints there! But the staff was not friendly. I booked online and paid $10 extra for breakfast for 2. When I checked in the staff didn't give me the tickets so I went back to get them. The front desk said they didn't see where I had purchased it so I showed her my email with the confirmation on it. She looked at it and said she didn't believe me and it wasn't enough proof. so she got her manager per my request and the manager gave me a hard time as well. I mean, it's $10!! Is that really worth upsetting a customer over?!? they still wouldn't give them to me!! They said they would have to call the website I booked with direct and ask them and if the company agreed with me then they would send the tickets up to my room. REALLY?!? Pretty high security for a $10 breakfast. Completely ridiculous! Then When I got my credit card bill they charged a 2nd room on my card. Good thing I know the person because otherwise I would have to dispute the charge with the hotel and the credit card company and something tells me that if they through a huge fit over a $10 breakfast, they wouldn't be too keen on a $160 room. I definitely will not be staying there ever again.

Finally, a hotel room with enough power outlets for cell phones and computers.

We stayed here since we almost always stay with Marriott. It tends to be consistent and comfortable. But, the rooms were quite musty and my kids allergies were awful due to to mildew. The breakfast buffet was OK. But, the desk messed up our reservation and forgot to give us tickets to present at the meal. We had to fix the problem during the middle of meal. Though the staff very kind and apologetic for the rooms and the mess up, I would say that the hotel is not up to the general standards of a Marriott. We switched to the nearby Hilton for a lesser price and found it both more convenient and cleaner.
