Our stay was an intended rest prior to a 14 hour drive the following morning. There was a loud party that night until 930-10. Our neighbors were also noisy going in and out of their room, allowing their door to slam. We did not get a good night rest. Also ordered street tacos for dinner and the meat was raw, was compensated financially for the mistake (took meal off of bill and gave a $10 coupon to eat there in the next 24 hrs. Leaving town at 4am). I was VERY disappointed and paid entirely too much money to not eat dinner and not get a good night's rest prior to driving 14 hours. I will avoid staying at Marriott hotels on future travels.

I loved the views. The safety of getting in and out of the pool and jacuzzi. When we first arrived there were poles to help get in and out of the pool/jacuzzi. They were very loose, and then they were completely removed so you had nothing to hold onto to get in or out.

Room and bathroom were outdated and bathroom smelled bad. Didn’t appear to be properly cleaned. Coffee maker was missing parts. They put us in a joined room and had to call hotel service to help locking the door as I couldn’t physically do it. No room service and slow response from staff.

The scenic view of the mountains was phenomenal! The check-in process was smooth and the staff was very welcoming. The bar and lobby were clean and quiet, and the pool/hot tub were relaxing. We stayed for our anniversary and when we walked into our room, we noticed massive gross white stains in the carpet in multiple spots, as well as on the couch. We notified the front desk & showed the pictures, but we’re not offered a solution. Our mattress pad had a ton of staining. Another downfall was our floor smelled like cigarette smoke, absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure we’d return for the price we paid given our room was absolutely filthy.

Gorgeous views, courteous staff and clean facilities. No complaints here!!

The view of the mountains was great. Nice they had the pool open

The room, (an alleged UPGRADE), had torn drapes, the bathroom filthy and when we requested an additional blanket, it was delivered STAINED, but hey! We did have a view of Pikes Peak. There was a mini-fridge available in the room as well as a single serving style coffee pot, also dirty with a used coffee bag (not compatible w K-cups but a tiny tea bag style). People on our floor were smoking in their room. The halls were not vacuumed. The lobby was nice and tidy. Patio heaters would be nice for those chilly days. For those concerned about COVID, the staff wore masks and stood behind plexiglass (making it difficult to hear/understand them), communal isolation was encouraged. You could not sit at the bar but could order food/drink to take to your room or sit at a table. We were told upon check-in, this hotel will NOT refund your money if you have to CANX due to COVID. We will not return to this hotel or its brand.

Very nice lobby area with a fire place and areas to sit. Nice outdoor space too

Great hotel. Friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

If you have a service animal they will make you show proof. You will also be required to stay on the second floor. This is against the ada laws but they don’t care. Just a heads up bring some documentation and be prepared to stay on the noisy second floor.

Liked the views! Did not like how we asked for towels and did not get them. Unexpected fees that were not in my budget.

Property was updated and very clean. Staff was professional and courteous. Hotel was very busy at the time for the hotel, but it was very quiet in our room and got a great night's sleep.

It has now been 3 times that this hotel has messed up my reservation to the point in which my family and i have to leave and find another place to stay. It seems if you book this hotel via Orbitz you become their last priority versus booking direct. I will not try to book this property again.

Great location to the springs, usafa and restaurants

Frequently stay at Marriot hotel chain. Very disappointed.. Hotel had several maintenance issues, also had easily a 1/4 inch of dust on vents in room.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your thoughts. It is disappointing to learn you were not impressed with our redesigned guest rooms, and I will definitely have the cleaning team check out the bathroom. I understand your frustration with your room but please know that we do not have access to your reservations prior to arrival as they are not made with us. Therefore, room types are based upon availability at check-in. Also, we do provide room service upon request, as we have made some changes in an attempt to keep our guests and staff healthy during these challenging times. I hope I was able to clarify a few areas for you, and we sincerely apologize for our shortcomings. All of us hope for the opportunity to improve your perception in the future.

Thank you for choosing to spend your anniversary getaway with us. While we were pleased to read it was relaxing overall, and our helpful staff and unmatched views contributed to that, we regret your accommodations weren't up to par. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with the appropriate team members. We hope to have another chance to welcome you in the future and win you over completely.
