This was on our bucket list. We had visited the Broadmoor several times but had never stayed overnight. 5 Star experience even during Covid time. They were immaculately clean with sanitizing stations everywhere. They even had personal sanitizers in each room. Everyone, both staff and guests, wore masks.

I really loved the entire stay, the only thing I wasn't pleased with was the Sunday brunch. The food was mediocre at best for $65 per person. Plus we were charged a 20% surcharge, for who knows what reason, but was made clear by the staff that it was NOT the gratuity. So, for a pretty cruddy breakfast we spent $235 for two people. Definitely will never eat the brunch again, especially for that price!! I also didn't like the fact that the parking is a block from the hotel and they charge guests $25 per night to park. I think that should be a hotel courtesy for guests.
Excellent customer service from every level of staff. They maid our mini vacation very enjoyable. Whomever hires and trains the employees is doing a very good job. Thank you!
