This hotel is simply in it's own class, even with COVID restriction they managed to offer an amazing service and high quality service. Great little lobby bar, rooms are spacious, clean and really nicely decorated. Best mattress I have slept on in a hotel as well.

Very comfortable bed and quiet dark room. Great customer service. Spa and gym were closed so lost a start there. Overall would highly recommend staying here.

The rooms were beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was helpful and prompt. They gave us great ideas of where to eat and what to do. I'd stay here again in a heart beat.

Read this review if you don't read any others! This hotel was a terrible disappointment. The room was nice enough but the service was awful. To start, there was no regular coffee provided and the coffee maker (the one amenity the room had) was broken and we had to request a new one. The spa and gym were closed which was not advertised anywhere on their 3rd party offerings. There was a terrible smell outside in the hall almost the entire time we stayed but the real problem was that our room didn't get serviced either day we stayed, despite requesting service specifically on the 2nd day. The downtown area was not very nice either (weird people screaming outside the hotel for example). Spend your money staying in a nicer part of Colorado Springs, close to Hacienda Colorado. That has lots of shopping and restaurants and easy access to fun stuff.

broken fixtures. cramped room. no coffee. no parking.

Location was great for walking downtown and also access to major roadways.

I love the hotel history and exposed brick in the rooms. The service and staff was wonderful. My only compliant was the rooms need to be repainted lots of ding, scrates and marks on the walls. Also, need to provide mini iceboxes in the rooms

The history of the building was unique. Very nice bar and courtyard and close to everything downtown. The bed was outstanding! Very comfortable and quiet.

The location is perfect for being able to walk around Colorado Springs! There were great happy hour specials. I would have liked to have seen some breakfast specials or deals as well.

Very nice property, very quiet. Nice pub close by.

Such a wonderful hotel. The property has so much history and impeccably designed and decorated. The staff was wonderful to work with and so friendly. I love staying here.

Beautiful building with interesting history and charming historic touches. Great location. Excellent staff.

We are disappointed you did not enjoy your stay. We do not test our coffee machines daily and rely on guest to tell us when they are broken. We apologize for the housekeeping issues and will investigate where the disconnect happened. Unfortunately we do not control 3rd Party listings. We provide them with correct information and it is there responsibility to correctly display that information. This is why we advocate to always book directly with the hotel. We are a Downtown property and just like any city have the uniqueness of what that brings in people, shopping and restaurants. Within just a couple of blocks there is a huge variety of restaurants and original shopping experiences. We hope you enjoy the more suburban areas of Colorado Springs.
