Started with reservation being wrong. Was supposed to be 2 King Suite. They only had a single king room to put us in, however, the a/c in it didn't work. After that, they tried to put us in a room with two full beds. Front desk person displayed that he could care less about making things right. He just kept making excuses, even as we were walking out to go somewhere else.

first let me list the things I liked about this hotel. It was beautifully decorated, new and modern. It was also quiet, and the breakfast was delicious, I especially liked the fresh fruit. Unfortunately we did have some issues. Firstly, the $25 pet fee wasn't mentioned when we booked, they reversed the charge which we really appreciated. My husband wasn't feeling well so he went to bed immediately once we arrived. My first impression was that the room was very small and cramped, but the furnishings were comfortable. While I was unpacking the heater kicked on our room was filled with the smell of old cigarette smoke, I complained to the front desk so they would know it wasn't us who had smoked in the room and charge us the cleaning fee. They offered to move us to another room, but I didn't want to wake my husband, so I opened the windows and made do. It was cold without the heater on overnight. The other issues we had was when I went to got into bed on my side, there was a dirty pair of socks on the floor beside the bed! Gross!!! Then when I laid down I was looking right into the bathroom and under the sink was a huge gaping hole in the drywall where the pipes were coming out. Sleeping right next to that made me uneasy since it would be an easy access for rodents, maybe I am paranoid. I did complain about the socks and the employee at the desk said the manager was too busy to talk to me, and she took down my email address. Unfortunately no one ever followed up. As I hoped they would. We would have been willing to give them another chance We travel to the springs every week, and we had hoped this would be a clean place to relax and recharge. I'm sorry to say that it wasn't worth it. We won't be staying here again.

The room was clean and comfortable! The only negative was not being able to get a cot for our room. Great water pressure in both showers with endless hot water. Will stay again!

I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, price was great, hotel was newer and very clean, staff was fantastic! I had a great view of Pikes Peak and breakfast was above average. only downside was that it is near a railroad and the first night there were lots of trains. Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed and I will definitely stay again. 4.5 stars!

Room was very big and perfect for our family-nice room set apart from sleeping area. Pool was small and very little space to sit around and watch the kids. Food was fine- front desk staff- not that helpful. I was not told I would be charged a deposit on each of the rooms and got charged 50 for one room and 10 for another-they couldnt explain the difference and said it should have been 10-but didnt do anything about it. housekeeping very nice-- always had plenty of towels. Overall not a bad stay- and Tuesday- thursday nice to have the nightime food - a nice savings.

Very clean and organized. All staff was very kind and helpful. Would love to stay there again!

The room was clean comfortable and reasonably priced. The breakfast was hot and they kept it full and clean. The staff was amazing friendly and very helpful. If there were a con it would be that sometimes the water pressure was weak but overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again !

While we were thoroughly happy with the design of our two bedroom suite, we were disappointed that the A/C was inoperable in the first room we were placed in, which we discovered on our own because the staff failed to inform us. We thus had to move to another room which was a hassle. Be advised the hotel allows pets and it was a bit disturbing seeing multiple guests in and out of their rooms with as many as two dogs at a time. Otherwise, pleasurable stay.

Quiet and comfortable. Very friendly staff

From the time I walked into the Hotel I could tell I would enjoy my stay. It was quiet and clean. Lots of room and the ammenities were great. Everything was well laid out and makes you feel at home.

We were very pleased with the room, location, and cleaniness of the hotel. We did not eat breakfast unfortunately as the place was loaded with kids. There was no room to sit, kids lottering, and luggage every where. But we found a restraurant close. Like the hotel and would stay there again. Love the free internet.
