The Cozy Cottage

Coming to Old Colorado City you can tell that it is a fun little town filled with history! This cottage will allow you the opportunity to explore all the area has to offer! We finished a full remodel from floor to roof in September of 2020. We chose to furnish it with minimal, yet modern furniture to make the space roomy and comfortable yet its stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy all that our beautiful slice of Colorado has to offer. You'll enjoy a beautiful, clean bathroom and the kitchen is filled with everything you'll need to prepare your own food. The plush queen size bed offers the rest you desire after your exciting Colorado adventures. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to come make lifelong memories!
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Change of towels is available on request.

We loved our stay here! The host was very welcoming and provided a big variety of useful amenities and snacks. The cottage was super clean and put-together and the area it’s in felt safe. It’s also very close to tons of fun activities – Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and Manitou Springs were some highlights. This cottage was the perfect place to be in between our adventures and we’d love to come back soon. It was a big part of what made our trip so memorable and go so smoothly. Thank you for enhancing our Colorado vacation!!

The kitchen had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We walked to have brunch and enjoyed how close the drives were to everything. Cleaning supplies was very strong coming in but we also come from a very toxic free living environment. Not everyone else does. The rest was perfect.

Utterly charming! Kitchen was fully stocked as was the entire property. Q-Tips, cotton balls, USB chargers attached to the night stands, very nice electric fireplace, I could go on. The knives in the kitchen drawer were each in their own sheath, not thrown in and getting beat up. Lots of snacks. I honestly can not think of one that could have been improved on.
