Very cool hotel and the lobby is warm and inviting. Lots of places to work and a great bar . Also games and a pool table! Really fun spot to stay at with friends and family ! Definitely coming back! Room wax greet and the bed super comfy

We love this establishment but had very disappointing service with our last stay. There was frustrating staff miscommunication that affected our plans, then complimentary items were out of stock, and no offer to make it better, throw in a drink/something from the market or improve the overall service. Nothing egregious, but we hoped for better hospitality for the price and after the positive experience we had last time.

The hotel is pretty modern, looks very nice. But we were in room #420, when we went to the room first off the door wasn't working, room is missing the small essentials the usually all rooms have which I dont really mind but the door is a big thing the building was outside and the fact that is wasn’t closing properly was concerning. The floors were super dirty, there was a lot of dust so where shoes if you dont want socks to get ruined. Got a non smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes. Fire alarm was not working btw and there is no elevator. So you have to carry all suite cases.

I love the common areas and the emphasis on the environment. The exterior looks a little run down but our room and the common areas (cafe, pool, bar, etc. were awesome. Our bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Missed having an in-room coffee maker but the free coffee in the cafe was really good. The decor in the room was super cute. Really loved the barn door. I would stay there again.

The vibe of this place was nice. They had large outdoor/table games you could play for free, a free book library, free beer, and a pool.

Great place in C. Springs, good location to Colorado City, Manitou springs, old town area. Nice views of the mountains! The live music, beer, wine, tea and coffee and games and comfy seating in common area was a lovely bonus. The rooms and spaces were nice. I have to say that the Windows and concrete hallways were beyond dirty. Otherwise, a really great place to stay.

Cutest hotel ever! Very clean, welcoming, great parking and tons of amenities.

The property and the experience is so unique from other hotels. It is a breath of fresh air to stay somewhere that is so fun and happy!

We were only here for one night, but would definitely come back and stay longer. The property was great and the amenities were awesome, with plenty to keep entertained. The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. The only odd thing is that the bathroom has sliding barn Style doors and there were no handles, or lock, on the inside, which made it awkward/difficult to close.

Horrible. Checked in and checked out within the hour of being there. The room smelt like sewage. They have yet to refund the deposit. I’m extremely unimpressed.

Water pressure in room was dismal. It is like a hangout for yuppies. Very dark and gloomy.

This hotel was awesome. There are alot of things they offer. Yoga. Vegan food. Theres a bar. There was a guy sitting in the lobby playing guitar. Just a completely relaxed environment. I am planning another trip in july.

I like the way the rooms are equipped with such great water bottles and soaps to use, and the bedding, shower curtain, and towels are excellent quality! I think they simply need to state on the online reservations forms and on the hotel site and literature, that the "incidentals" deposit of $50 is required.. ? Or must have?" I was a little confused it was not on the reservation web page, and they said, "Oh that is just standard for the industry".
