This place is impressive if you never leave the lobby or restaurants. But rooms had burned-out bulbs, the unbreathable odor of way-too-much "air freshener," a bit of a worn look, a door to the hallway that was very poorly sealed...Not quite what you would expect from a place that represents itself as a quality resort. My advice would be to stay elsewhere.

Our room’s AC didn’t work so we had to switch rooms. The second room wasn’t top floor like we asked and we could hear the neighbors above walking around a lot. Sound insulation was very poor. Carpets are old and dirty looking. We didn’t get a discount for having to move rooms. Won’t stay there again.

Lovely property; however, the tub and shower areas should have been cleaned better. I had to reclean and disinfect the bathroom as there was hair - not mine- on the walls in the shower.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cheyenne Mountain resort. The staff was extremely friendly. Paul, the bartender at Elevations, was our favorite. You can tell he genuinely cared to get to know his guests/clients. He made sure we were well taken care of and he remembered us from our visit the day prior. 10/10 recommend this resort!

Paid extra for view, but looked out at construction site instead. Man yelling help in room next to me in middle of the night, claimed someone threw a knife at him. Calls to front desk went unanswered. Very grouchy person delivered room service. Trays left outside rooms for days.
