No smoke detector (physically missing from its stand) chain removed from the door so no locks, people smoking marijuana on the 3rd floor, smelled awful. Stains on the sheets, hair in the bed (not mine). This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. We will never return.

Sheets were not changed in our room and were threadbare and had hair all over them.

First of all when we booked through Orbitz there was no mention that the hotel had damage from bursted water pipes. There was a mess everywhere. The front elevator was not in use. We had to use rear elevator where apparently all the homeless people come in through. It was ridiculous how many people that were not staying in the hotel come in and out through the back door. There is absolutely no security at this hotel. If your going to eat at there morning breakfast be ready to eat with a few homeless people everyday. We stayed there for a week and left early because of how bad it was. Definitely will not stay here again.

Heating in room could not keep room warm. It was so cold in the lobby the fire sprinkler system froze and set up fire alarm in the morning. Staff did not seem to have been trained on how to resond.

Very convenient location no problems with the stay.

I’ve stayed here many years as I attended the Space Symposium. The property is well-located near several good restaurants and a Target is within walking distance. The staff has always been friendly, courteous and helpful. The downside to the property is that the interior hasn’t been upgraded since I started coming here. The carpeting , while probably clean, is stained in places and, because of the dark color, looks dirty. The rooms and the furniture are dated and not that attractive. The only thing I noticed that had been upgraded was the television viewing options.

Floors were dirty, room was dusty. Doors needed cleaning.

I was pleased with everything.

Reserved 2 rooms with King Beds and then told its "first come, first serve".

There were no luggage carts and we had some heavy luggage. Fortunately the desk clerk rounded up a kitchen caterer cart and let us use it. Made all the difference.

Dirty. Exterior doors don’t lock. Housekeeping left prior occupants food in fridge. Bathtub faucet barely hanging in. Bathtub plug did not fit. Continental breakfast was scarce. Apples and pre packaged danishes. Pool and hot tub closed but gym was open?! Front desk staff was not friendly. Sketchy people like to gather it the parking lots.

The rooms were filthy. There was a used towel in the bathroom and other towels had stains that seemed to be blood. The room had crumbs (had not been vacuumed) and there was trash in the bathroom trash can (trash was never taken out) The sheets had stains that were yellow and the room itself was pretty simple. There were people walking around at night checking the cars and several car alarms went off throughout the night. There is no breakfast or pool due to covid. Elevator seemed old just like the rest of the facility. Terrible and will not come again. Not up to The Quinta standards for sure.

Very disappointed with this hotel. We first parked, there was a drug deal going on by us. The hotel says non- smoking, the entire 4th floor hall smelled like smoke. The entire 4th floor was occupied by people doing illegal activity. Lots of yelling going on in a room by the elevator. Was not a safe place to have a family stay at.

We request a shower, the hotel notice and did NOT call us to inform us. We had to stay anyways and the hotel was full so they couldn't change us to a room with the handycap shower. Pillows where super flat to the touch. In the bathroom, they didn't offer enough shampoo or conditioner, body wash.

Rooms where clean bed sheets were dirty and very soiled had to go and buy my own blanket to sleep on top of the comforter I won’t be staying their again

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you had issues during your stay. We did experience severe weather which did cause a pipe to break. While we could not possibly call every future guest, we did make them aware once they arrived of this issue.
