Didn’t get in till almost 1 o’clock in the morning. My car was giving me a few issues and the front desk gentleman was very helpful, friendly and understanding to the situation I was going with. She was a very nice gentleman, and I will definitely be coming back because of him.

Won't stay here again

There was trash everywhere, overflowing from garbage cans, all over the parking lot. The gym had limited equipment half of which was broken and no towels. Our room had an odor and couldn't maintain a comfortable temperature. On our second night there was no breakfast options, eggs and some meat, that's it. No yogurt available, no breads...it was like we woke up late, but we didn't. Just no food.

My room was stale. It seemed that it had not been used in a while and had a musty smell. I had to buy air freshener and room deodorizer. Being handicap (limited walking with cane),my room was at the back of the hotel at the end of the hall. It was a hard walk for me. The beds were alright.

Would not stay here again.

The first room we checked into smelled horrible, even the whole hallway on the third floor smelled bad. The carpets in the rooms were heavily stained and the bathroom felt dirty. We asked for a room change and the front desk helped with that without issue. They gave us a room on the fifth floor. It smelled better, but the carpets were still pretty stained. There are signs that say the hotel is smoke free, but we saw cigarette butts in the elevator and it smelled like smoke. The pool had leaves in it that weren’t cleaned out. I guess you get what you pay for, but I’ve never stayed in a La Quinta that was so dirty.
