I booked a room for my parents to stay the weekend - I definitely wouldn’t book them here again. I helped them check in and the room was filthy. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The cabinets were disgusting, a bundle of hair in the shower, there was still confetti on the floor (so obviously wasn’t vacuumed. The bed was made, but only one clean towel. It looked like they rushed to make it look ready when in fact it hadn’t been cleaned. Also, As we were coming down the hall to enter our room a women left the room (supposedly housekeeping) but she didn’t have a cleaning cart or any supplies. The room smelled of smoke so we assumed she used it as a smoke break. We were very disappointed, I spoke to a gentleman at the front desk about the woman leaving the room and he just assumed it was housekeeping checking the room. There was no “seal” on the door which apparently they now do because of covid. My parents were only there for one night so they made it work. I felt terrible that I booked them there.

I was disappointed by the front desk staffs’ lack of customer service skills and rude demeanor. There was no enforcement of mask wearing in common areas nor any available at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was open and families sat in close proximity to other travelers as they ate. With all tests closed in the community right now this felt reckless. Yes, guests have a choice to avoid the area but the dining area is in the center of the hotel and air borne respiration travels so kind of hard to avoid altogether. We were able to reserve the pool for our family only for a 50 minute Increments which was nice. The rooms were clean.

I like the area, customer service is not as good. One staff name JJ doesn’t have any good customer service, we checked out at 3am, nobody at the front desk when I made them aware the night that we are checking out at 3am. When JJ appeared he was just staring at me didn’t say a thing, I told him I need to check out, he responded like he was shocked. He asked what’s my room number and never said a thing. I said here’s the room card and he said just put it there. He never say thank you or anything that made us feel good, no apology for not being at the front desk, I called the customers service for him to show up. All he did was staring at me no communication.

Very friendly staff. We travel with our child, so the layout of the rooms is perfect for us. We also love the breakfasts. These are great, family friendly hotels.

I liked the setting and the hotel itself. I didn’t like that they didn’t have my reservation they didn’t have towels in my room and there was old food in my fridge.

The staff is friendly, evening appetiters and drinks were wonderful, the pool & hot tub, the rooms are great how they are separated from the living room, and waking up to a enormous breakfast was terrific. The stay was fantastic!! Thank you

Loved the made to order omelettes! Was also able to print from the business center with no problems. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful location. The hotel was bright. The room set up is the best in the business. I sleep really well.

I was disappointed by the front desk staffs’ lack of customer service skills and rude demeanor. There was no enforcement of mask wearing in common areas nor any available at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was open and families sat in close proximity to other travelers as they ate. With all tests closed in the community right now this felt reckless. Yes, guests have a choice to avoid the area but the dining area is in the center of the hotel and air borne respiration travels so kind of hard to avoid altogether. We were able to reserve the pool for our family only for a 50 minute Increments which was nice. The rooms were clean.

Thank you for your feedback. We are doing everything we can to accommodate our guests. We are compliant with all COVID19 guidelines and continue to follow any direction the state mandates. Some guests staying with us do have health issues that prevent them from wearing a mask and we can not enforce them to wear one.
