Not one thing was bad! Everything was perfect! We were only planning on a one night stay but chose to stay an extra night because we had so much fun!

The room wasn't worth $149. I have stayed at other embassy suites that were more modern and bigger for the same price. The stay wasn't bad but I have gotten more for the same price.

All of the Embassy suites are super amazing but this one is my favorite! I had extra gluten-free options at breakfast and they offer a new texting service where if you need anything you just text them at the front desk! What a nice vacation spot!

Even with the construction ongoing, the Embassy Suites does it again. We were treated like kings. The breakfast and social were terrific. I would not want to stay anywhere else.

Very, very nice hotel! Everything was great except for the construction work inconvenience. We will visit here again very soon!

Nice hotel but under renovation. Trying to talk over a jack hamer sound at checkin wasn't pleasant. They accommodated with the happy hour and breakfast

This hotel was clean, inviting and generous with services. The evening reception with free drinks( beer and hard liquor) and appetizers was quite a surprise. Usually free is limited, this was not the case. It was nice to have a drink and meet some fellow travelers. The room was perfect as was breakfast the next morning. A really cool surprise in the morning was seeing deer on the front lawn. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Colorado Springs.

Rooms rather tired and need to be updated. Very small bathrooms. Common areas very nice however and have been updated.

Loved the 2 room set-up. One could nap while the other could be up in the other room. The breakfast and evening reception were wonderful. The room was old & I asked if it had been renovated like it said on the website. They said all rooms were renovated & it did have new fixtures, but the paint was chipped in several places & definitely did not have a modern $200 per night feel. I asked for a balcony (like the website shows views of the mountains), but ours looked at the highway so we never used it. Be sure to ask for a mountain view. It is close to the Academy, great restaurants, and attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel for families. We had a blast and enjoyed the free breakfast which is delicious and the snack time each day between 5:30-7:30. The location is great and close to all of the activities in the city and mountains.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the kids to spread out. The breakfast was wonderful and would have easily cost $40-50 anywhere else!

Very friendly staff, nice room -other than we heard at night -sounded like a wash machine was running and banging for 2 nights but the room was over all clean and comfortable other than the noise we heard for awhile. I think they should get updated furniture and carpet and take out some of the plants and have more water areas, the fireplace was nice but the furniture was so out dated. Embassy Suites needs to up grade there older hotels. This would increase others to return. Overall for the price it was worth it.

We were in Colorado Springs from out of town. We had an auto accident. We were rear ended. We got to the hotel and Victor at the front desk was very nice and friendly. He found some cardboard so my husband could cover the shattered window on our truck. He offered to help with anything else we needed. Hope to stay again under better circumstances. Also the room smelled clean when we walked in and the bed was very comfy!! The breakfast was good.

Everything was great. My only complaint is the bathroom was quite small. It was tight compared to the size of the suite.

We were assigned a 4th floor room with an unbeatable mountain view after we told the staff that we were not satisfied with the mountain view from the 2nd floor room on a different side of the hotel we originally had. They were so understanding and accommodating. We had excellent service from the rest of the staff too. The huge breakfast was included as was the evening cocktail party each day. That saves a lot of money that you should factor into the cost of the room. Overall an excellent stay at a great hotel.

Went to Colorado Springs for a mini vacation and spent 4 nights here. Staff was very courteous and efficient. We came up short a hand towel one day. I called the front desk and they sent a full count of 3 hand towels, 3 bath towels, and 2 additional bath mat towels. We also needed clock alarm fixed with additional batteries and the maintenance man left a voucher for 2 complimentary drinks and snacks from the hotel snack shop. Kids will love the atrium wth fish pond and breakfast was a hit from the entire family.

Great time. Breakfast was a wonderful thing to wake up to every morning. Awesome bacon smell. All amenities were available, room service was timely. Would definitely stay again. Rooms were a little dated, but we went to Colorado to be outdoors, so it wasn't an inconvenience at all.

We have stayed at Embassy Suites before but overall our family enjoyed this hotel the best.

We had the best time staying at this hotel. The guys that cook the pancakes and omelets in the morning are outstandingly friendly. All the employees were over the top friendly. The atrium was huge and my 2 year old loved all the places she could roam - couple rainy days did not spoil our trip because we loved the pool and how huge the hotel was. There was a comic convention during our stay in the hotel -that was interesting. Our room was big and very nice. Bed was perfect. Nice having a separate living room, 2 TV's, and mountain view was terrific. (our room was: 3rd floor room 344) Breakfast was AMAZING- felt like I was on a cruise. The evening reception was a nice touch- we loved the hummus and pita chips! I've never been to a hotel where I could drink the tap water UNTIL NOW! The water tasted perfect. We really did have a great time. We ate at the Polo Club a couple times- loved the potato soup and hubby said the pizza was great.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and overall enjoyed the stay. It is a very nice hotel that is getting old. Breakfast was fantastic and room was nice and clean. My only complaint was the speed of service. We were traveling with a 1 1/2 year old and had requested a crib before arriving, but had to request again when we got to the room. It took quite a while to get it and have it set up. Also, we had trash bags with dirty diapers and requested them to be emptied. It took nearly 3 hours for someone to come and empty them, by which time our son was asleep and the visitor knocking woke them up.
