Rooms were clean check in was quick. Only thing I would recommend is new mattress too soft. Overall nice hotel friendly staff and great breakfast.

This place is full of homeless people at breakfast. I stayed there for 4 night couldn’t sleep well because AC turns off. The bathroom door is broke.

Room was . Just didn’t like how I was treated the first night I checked in ( acted like I was a burden to Che k in and treated me like I was a 5 year old not following her instructions or what she was saying Morning staff was very helpful , I had to keep apologizing even when it wasn’t my fault) . Breakfast didn’t have very much vegetarian options. There was a limit on how many eggs ( only 2) per person. Room was clean but super noisy ,some stranger tried to get in the room in the middle of the night.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Best Western Fillmore during our weekend getaway to Colorado Springs. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The kitchenette was an added bonus. The hotel was near our desired locations: Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline/ Barr Trail, Pikes Peak. If we are ever in Colorado Springs again, we would definitely stay here.

Hotel conveniently located for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The staff was very helpful and the options for breakfast were great. The pool was clean and the rooms were even cleaner. Our exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom and we had to clean out the drain but overall our experience was wonderful.

Newer hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Nice supportive businesses close by. Property was free of panhandlers and druggies which are a problem at many hotels in Colorado Springs.

Good: Good location. Hotel was fairly recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Bad: Air conditioner blows on the bed. Of all things, really cheap toilet paper.
