New property and great location
Nice Hotel!
We had an issue checking in with Jessica. Evidently the 3rd party booking companies card would not go through. It only took a few minutes for her to figure it out yest she left us standing there with no room key. Mariah, the pther woman there truly wanted to help but Jessica was rude and insisted she could fix it. Mariah was the one who called Expedia to fix the issue. I was not impressed by Jessica at all. She was rude and condescending. She never once offer a solution to the issue, she never even stood up. She only acted accusatory like we had not paid for the room, or we didnt have the money to pay for the room even after i called and put Wells Fargo on speaker. I own a business myself. I understood things happens but Jessica's demeanor, attitude, and lack of problem solving was ridiculous. Mariah wanted to help. Once she knew it was not our fault she moved quickly to fix the issue, all whille having Jessica wave her hand at her and said you do that. It tooknover 30 minutes to get a room key. Jessica's solution, take 2 bottles of water. Jessica is not an asset to your businesses.

Thank you so much for taking the time to bring this situation to our attention. We apologize that your check in experience was not up to standard. There will be action taken with the employee that you mentioned. Again we apologize for any confusion during that time. We are glad that at least Mariah could help you get the situation figured out. It is our hope that if your travels bring you back to Colorado Springs, you will give us another chance to serve you better.
Glad you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for the review!
