Lovely, clean room, although the bed was much too soft (strange issue, I'm sure). Breakfast was fine, difficult to keep soft and warm eggs. Will try the biscuits and gravy tomorrow a.m., biscuit was very good this morning.

rooms were nice and clean and i liked the shampoo and conditioner! breakfast was not so good, the pool floor was yucky and the hot tub had way to much chlorine. Also the elevator only had one working so it took awhile to get on.

The room was excellent, modern furniture and great style. 5 stars except for the valet parking. It wasn’t the attendants but I needed access multiple times due to various appointments in town. It was a little bit of a pain, but it worked out. Negative- the amount of extremely loud motorcycles and cars late at night. A Colorado Springs issue.

The Physical plant of the hotel was nice. The information on the hotel said there was on-site parking. They did not mention that it was limited and cost $32 a day. Finding parking in the area was terrible. Hotel staff were not at all accommodating. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again.
