We were visiting from Michigan and had absolutley no complaints. Friendly gal checked us in, friendly guy checked us out. Breakfast was very nice. Very good experience!!! Thank you.

It was fine

This was a lovely property. The view was beautiful in a part of the city that we like. The room was spotless. Bathroom was shiny. The bed linens were nice and the towels were thick and fluffy. It was just about perfect especially for the price. Will stay there again.

Room was very clean and comfy. Staff were nice and available to help.

Staff attitude and willingness to help customers were very poor. Lobby smelled like cigarettes

Nice lobby with lots of seating for breakfast and just hanging out. Had two computers for customer use which is more than usual. Front desk staff was doing well but I would like to have seen him have someone to answer the phone etc as the guy behind me waiting to check in becoming impatient stamping his foot. Rooms were nice and clean and spacious. I downgraded the amenities because they had only an outdoor pool. Not sure if they have an exercise room or not. The other thing was that you had to walk outside from the lobby to get to and adjacent building to where the rooms were which was a little inconvenient in the cold. The beds were great! Comfy, I would say medium and not hard or soft mattress.

The phone in our room wasn’t working. If it had been I’d have called the front desk to break up the hour long shouting match that took place in the middle of the night in the first floor hallway. Not the hotel’s fault but I would have thought security cameras would pick it up and someone would put a stop to it.

Overall had a comfortable stay.

Loved the location. Close to Garden of the Gods. Right next to a Chick Fil A and Dutch Bros. Rooms were renovated. Pool was a hit for the kids. However, pull-out sofa in suite was terrible quality. Ice bucket was tiny with too small of bag. Only one ice machine on first floor. Refrigerator in a nook of the furniture that is too small, so my daughter and I both cut our hands on sharp edge trying to open it.

Place wasnt so cleaned frlt vdry itchy the bedding

The property was ok. If I had the money to switch hotels I would have. The property wasn't very clean and I never received room serviced. I had to hunt them down to get garbage bags and clean towels. Overall it was an ok stay but I would never book there again.

It was ok

Water cut out while we were there and it smelled like wet dog in our room. Stains were on blankets, it just didn’t feel very clean.

Convenient location to go to the Garden of the Gods

It was good enough

It was ok. But a small room. Bath tub had opened soap and shampoo in it. I think they forgot to clean the bathtub.

The hotel was clean and affordable. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of lighting in the back of the hotel, where we had to park.
