The room was well put together. The bed was comfortable and the overall property was in a good location

Other than the $75 pet fee, great property! No mention of the exorbitant fee until I arrived.

I was very pleased staying at Sonesta ES Suites Colorado Springs for the location, unit was large an comfortable and extremely clean upon my arrival. All the necessities were available in the unit such as a complete kitchen with dishes, glasses, regular sized coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Bath needs were stocked and rooms were all very clean. Only one day was my room not cleaned. however the front desk was able to give me clean towels. I wish I had known there was not a gym or jacuzzi on-site, only a basketball court and unheated pool. Being an avid workout person this was disappointing. It was 41 degrees so too cold to swim in the pool. I recommend Sonesta ES Suites and will stay again.

We could not sleep well at night because my upper floor man was walking hear and there, back and forth during all the night. Since the ceiling(floor) is too thin and shallow, we can hear all the foot steps all the time. It was terrible.

The room was not clean, the internet did not work, the tv's in the room were blurry, and the room smelled of smoke.

Full kitchen and a big refrigerator and freezer was nice

Cleanliness, room set-up, breakfast and social hour and the quiet atmosphere

We had a great stay. It was quite and very lovely.

Kids had a great time here going to the pool, playing basketball and the littlest ones having the playground all close to each other. The suite was great for our large family to be able to stay together!

Best value for the money Suits are very clean andthe place is well maintained

Things started off well with a very friendly front desk lady. My coworker and I were in town on business and reserved a room with a king sized bed. When we got into the room at 11:30 pm, we realized our bed was only queen sized. We were planning to share the king sized bed, but queen sized is a little too close for two big guys to share. I called the front desk to point out that the bed did not match the description that we booked on Orbitz. The woman said they had a suite available, but then she offered to put me in there for an extra $100. I said that was unacceptable, but we could take any room with a king sized bed, to which she replied the suite would be the only other room. She then phoned the owner, Taves, and his solution was to offer a discount on our current room. That was an unsatisfactory solution, so the manager allowed me to call Taves directly. I explained that we just bought in business in town and that our manager has been staying here for 3 nights, and we were just staying for this one night, and that our manager would be making trips here every 2-3 months, and that this is the most convenient hotel, but we would not consider staying here again if he couldn't make this situation right. He chose to get an attitude, never apologize that the room was misstated, never try to understand that two grown men don't want to share a queen sized bed after a 16 hour day, and he said the best he could do was a discount and one of us could sleep on the pull out b

Nice hotel, modern, very clean, roomy and comfortable, good breakfast.

Very nice clean hotel. Full kitchen. They serve a full, hot breakfast. Friendly staff!

This is a nice place if you are looking for an extended stay type facility. The rooms have a fireplace, a full kitchen, and spacious rooms. This used to be a Residence Inn and have been around for a while. The units appear to be well maintained and in good shape. The only issue is they are located on a busy street that is noisy during the day and somewhat better at night. I recommend choosing one of the interior units if possible and avoid the ones by the street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is average as compared to others I've experienced.

I was looking for a hotel close to the testing center I came to Colorado Springs to test at and one with a gym so I could work out and get focused before the exam. It was very close to the testing center and the room was spacious and clean, it even had a fireplace. But the gym, which was one of 2 things I had required when choosing a hotel, was almost hilariously awful. It was a carpeted room smaller than my hotel room, it had 3 cardio machines, two of which were broken, the working one, a bike, was from the 90s. They had one set of 50 lb dumbbells and a bench press. So I ran outside in icy 20 degree temps instead, which was more invigorating for sure, but I slipped twice and banged myself up pretty good. The room was great. I could have lived in it, full kitchen, an island with chairs to eat at, quiet, but it's always disappointing when one of the primary things you expected is not really extant. Oh and the pillows were huge, I could not get my neck in neutral with them, they wouldn't compress, so my neck was bent sharply no matter how I positioned myself. I ended up using my jacket as a pillow so I could fall asleep.
