We got charged extra for the room because it was booked through Hotels.com we were told if we cancelled we would not get our money back. Even though 2 queens was $140 & a king was $109. Also we were told when we checked in that we would be charged for parking & it wasn’t even close to busy. Plus the parking lot had a bunch of pot holes. That is ridiculous have never heard of that before!
We went down for breakfast & one lady was all by herself trying to get breakfast ready. The coffee was gone & the orange juice needed to be changed. They ran out of bacon & sandwiches & she was trying to make knew we just ended up leaving.
For a Marriott property it was not up to standards. We won’t be staying here again or using Hotels.com 😡
