The property feel cozy. There is a personal feeling to it. It makes you feel at home almost.

Room was very small, water in shower decreases by more than half the volume when water is used next door, no counter to set toiletries on in bathroom, no hooks in bath area, short on electrical outlets. Site asks for confirmation 3 days before arrival but no one answered phone during daytime hours when I called on multiple occasions.

We really enjoy the Rainbow Motel. It’s not a chain so it has the home like feel. The owners are on site and very pleasant people the staff are very accommodating and helpful.

very good for the price.

It was very cute and quaint. Older but still nice. I would stay here again.

We spent 2 days there. The room was clean enough but the towels were really bad quality and not exactly clean. The bathroom are VERY small, no space for much at all. The door is very rickety and a little unsafe feeling. The location is good for seeing the sights but not for much else. There is LOTS of road construction and it is pretty bad. But if I were travelling alone I would stay there again.

A nice comfortable place close in to Manitou and the West Side. Easy access to Garden of the Gods. Bed was nice, all the typical things one should expect in a decent place to stay.

We will absolutely be staying here again if we are in the Colorado Springs area. The location was very convenient. Just a quick hop on the highway to get just about anywhere. The room had an awesome kitchen with all the appliances and utensil included which was nice. The bed was comfortable and clean and we had plenty of room. The staff was hot to help if we needed it and always available and friendly. My only complaint would be the wifi didn't work very well at all.

The place looked nothing like the picture. The guy who checked us in was incompetent and smelled of alcohol. No activities as described. Just disappointed.

Room was clean, staff very nice. Older looking hotel. Small tv, which was okay for us, but might be an issue for some. Seems a bit overpriced for what it is. This hotel is between Co Springs and Manitou Springs. The location is fine, but is not walking distance to Manitou Springs.

great people great series close to where we have to go

This hotel was great for my wife and I and four boys. We like a place that is clean and simple and this was just that. The staff wa s way nice and we enjoyed every bit of our stay.

This hotel was a nice place to stay when you're looking for clean, affordable and no frills. On the edge of Manitou, CO, it was comfortable, though older and decor was a mish-mash of older items. Bed was nice, as was shower. Owners were friendly, living at site with kids. Continental breakfast included was a bit skimpy but adequate.

I photographed the Garden of the Gods and this motel has a great location for getting there in under 5 minutes. It looks old and run down from the outside and could use some paint and TLC. The room looked nice but was not all that clean when looked at closely. It was okay for a 'guy' but I'm glad that I did not have my wife with me. The TV, bed, and frig all were nice & the people that worked there were nice.

The hotel was in a great location, close to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and Manitou Springs. Room was small but I'm sure it was because it is an older hotel. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff was extremely nice. Continental breakfast was not worth the effort. The room had a window air unit that made a very loud buzzing noise off and on. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

It was an old odd looking building but it was a really nice place! Great location. Very close to Manitou Springs.
