Hotel should have Restaurant Local eating facilities are not very good. Breakfast was adequate but not very diversified. We stayed 5 nights!

Very easy check in, very friendly staff, had a great breakfast with a wide variety of food everything was fresh... bed was so comfortable!!!

I wasn't at the hot much but it was comfortable when I was there.

Stayed numerous times, late night check in took 30 minutes, desk clerk not friendly, beds are warn down, linens old. Close to airport only conveince

Bathroom needed help... Shower rod was barely hanging up. Toilet seat was broken. Breakfast was decent, but the buiscuts and gravy was horrible.

STAFF MEMBER CHECKING ME IN WAS VERY INEXPERIENCED OR NEW. TOOK 15 MINUTES TO CHECK-IN AND SHE ONLY CHECKED ME IN FOR 1 NIGHT. MY RESERVATION WAS FOR 3 NIGHTS. DID NOT DISCOVER THIS ERROR UNTIL THE NEXT NIGHT WHEN MY KEYCARD DID NOT WORK. WHEN I WENT TO DESK, STAFF MEMBER SAID I MUST HAVE CHANGED MY RESERVATION. I HAD NOT CHANGED ANYTHING. AT THAT POINT SHE ASKED ME FOR MY CREDIT CARD SO SHE COULD HAVE IT FOR INCIDENTIALS. I SAID I WOULD BRING IT DOWN IN THE MORNING AND SHE SAID I NEED IT NOW. I HAD TO CLIMB THE STAIRS AGAIN AND BRING BACK MY CREDIT CARD. I WAS BEING INCONVENIENCED DUE TO STAFF ERROR ORIGINALLY. AT THAT POINT I JUST SPENT MY TIME UNTIL MY STAY WAS OVER. I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL.

They really need to fix the time clock for Honolulu. It was off by an hour. I think that they assumed that Hawaii has Daylight Savings time ;-.]

Good. Just disappointed that pool and hot tub were closed.

Overall very good stay. Rooms clean. Easy to get to any part of the city.

This is a very nice hotel, breakfast, and pool, and jacuzzi very nice.

The bathroom had mold in the tub. Staff was friendly.

Okay for the price. Friendly staff, helpful. Breakfast included with make-your-own waffles, sausage patties, biscuits. A little more than a standard coffee and danish continental breakfast. The bed was comfy but the pillows were great. Jamie at the desk and Joe the manager were helpful in sorting out a little mix-up. All cleared up now.

Hotel was sufficient for 1-2 night stay. We were in the 2nd building when you walked down the hallway. When you passed through to this area there was no or little AC in the halls & lots of Febreeze type smells like attempts were being made to cover up odors. Same with our room but AC was good in there. Beds were comfortable & no real cleaning issues in the room other than odor. Breakfast was decent with hot & cold items. Some issues with keeping things stocked. Probably just the 1 worker being overworked. Staff was courteous & pleasant. All in all, not bad if you can get it online for a discount. I would not pay the standard $149 for it.

I had reserved a non-smoking room but when I got there they informed me only smoking rooms were available. I reserved the room on short notice so I suppose this is understandable. The placement of smoking and non-smoking rooms seemed completely random, they're not segregated or anything. The next day I intended to get moved to a non-smoking room. When I asked for that, the desk attendant was very courteous in helping me get switched over. Then the manager came out and chewed the attendant out because I hadn't asked to swap rooms immediately right away in the morning. I ended up getting swapped to a non-smoking room anyway. The new room I was assigned didn't have curtains, which I found odd. It wasn't facing a road or anything but if I were a shy person it would have been disturbing. Overall, it was a moderately expensive room at a sub-par hotel. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet, which are about the only two really positive things I can say about the stay.

Kinda dirty, shabby bathrooms. Very shabby carpets.ive stayed in better for less money

Our reservation was made last minute but still had a good room and the staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Found out they upgraded me when I arrived, however my room was on a second floor with no elevator service. Although I had a smoking room I purchased a odor eliminator spray for the room and left the windows open, I believe it smelled better when I left compared to when I arrived,

I stayed to catch my morning flight. When I checked in my mind was on getting boarding pass printed. Front desk was so friendly and accommodating. I needed to come back to print the last one because it was too early for that and they did that in a friendly way right away. There is not much in the way of food nearby except for a 7-11 which had enough variety that I was fine with getting something healthy for the night and morning. TV was not flat screen and channels very limited. That is only reason for 4 stars on amenities. Bed and pillows were high quality, same I've experienced in a Marriott. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice and helpful! Amenities such as food were lacking. Sodas, water over priced. Room smelt stale. Supposed to be a non smoking room, but either someone had smoked in it, or it was just stale for some reason. Quiet enough for being close to the airport. Location was easy to get to and out of.
