Thank you (Orbitz) for sending me free valet parking and a room upgrade credit for this hotel. It’s was a wonderful surprise.

Staff is amazing! Property is beautiful!

We had a GREAT stay here over Thanksgiving holiday. Everyone was SUPER friendly and helpful. The food was GREAT, we were upgraded to a SUPER room with a fireplace and large space, the car valet was speedy, we loved everything. The old timey decor was very nicely done. We loved the in-town location with walkability to shops and restaurants, much better than staying in a Colorado Springs resort where we would have to drive anywhere, yet it was easy to get to Colo. Springs for museums etc. The west entrance to the Garden of the Gods was barely 1 miles. Our Thanksgiving dinner at the hotel was superb! We will definitely stay here again.

From being walking distance to downtown, to the quiet cute little town, its a perfect getaway, plus seeing deer by our window while eating breakfast, was just great. Definitely will stay again.

Room 402 was very, very poor. It smelled bad, the AC was something you would find in a one star hotel. The furniture looked like it came from a 2nd hand store, and the view was like a back ally place. NOT worth even half the room rate. This room should not be used as a guest room.

Great location and great staff

Was quiet. Staff excellent. Beautiful rooms and views.

This is an Historic Building with such a good feeling about it. The rooms are so charming, beds are very good, staff goes out of their way to accommodate you and make you feel so welcome. The Cliff House Dining Room is a pleasure to eat in. The veranda is spacious and lovely with fire pits and comfy seating, and you can order food and beverages, so beautiful at night. We didn’t have a microwave in the room but we didn’t need it. Wonderful location to walk around Manitou Springs, lovely town. Staying at the Cliff House is a memorable experience.

Love the location and history in Manitou and at Cliff House. We were very disaplointed in service. Our room was late to be checked in to by 15 minutes. we stood at counter for 5 minutes with staff around and were not acknowledged. We were told to wait in the tea room where we were completely ignored, seemingly because the only other family in there looked like they had money. I guess we didnt. I paid for a suite for my wife only to be thoroughly disappointed with service. At breakfast next morning, minus our direct waitress, everyone else seemed like we were a bother to them. At checkout, with multiple guests checking out, we had to wait 15 minutes for valet because they only had 1 valet worker.

I loved the vintage vibe of stepping into our room. It was adorable, very well decorated, turn down service was amazing. We ended up ordering room service because we wanted to stay in and enjoy our room as long as possible. Will be coming back for sure!

the property is nice the amenity fee is a rip off. It provided nothing in the form of "amenities"

On the register of historic hotels with all the modern conveniences! I really enjoyed my stay. Also a big shout out to Orbitz! I originally book a different bed and breakfast that fell through at check in. Obitz customer service and reservations took the absolute best care and rebooked me into the Cliff house at no additional cost. I am a Orbitz member for life.

Beautiful historic hotel, excellently maintained, super friendly staff, lovely decor. Quiet, but right in town, walk to restaurants, shops, cafes, and to SunWater Spa. I’ll be back for sure.
