Staff was very limited. There was only one clerk at the front desk when we checked out and I waited in line for about 10minutes. The bartender in the restaurant did not have change for a $20 and I had to wait for him to go get change. I was impressed however with the engineering dept. Our remote was not working to the TV and the front desk said they would send someone up. They arrived in less than 15 min. The gal was very knowlegeable and had everything working in less than 5 minutes.

It is a beautiful place

Too expensive for what you get. They charge a fee each night due to the hotel being an historical property that is just too much after paying the high room rates. They also charge a daily fee for parking and breakfast is not included in the stay.

They mis-represented the room, charged $18 to park, marginal on property dining, very disappointing

Beautiful facility that is trying to return to its pre Covid glory. Rooms were great but a little dated. Spartan Staff is doing everything they can to keep up.

Real run down. AC didnt work. Toilet clogged. Blinds were broken. This place is a dump.

This hotel is wildly overpriced. We stayed one night and paid nearly $300 (including taxes and parking) for a room that was fine but nothing special, and the air conditioning didn't even get cold enough. And then there was an additional $75 fee for our dog to stay with us, and I had to sign an agreement that I would not leave the dog in the room alone unless he was crated. I would never recommend this hotel.

The hotel public areas are very nice and very clean. Parking is outrageously expensive ($17.00/day). We paid for a Mountain View room but the windows were so dirty that we mostly declined to look through them. We had two out of the three lights not working in the bathroom and the vent didn’t work. We were not told until we checked in that they didn't have any housekeeping help so if we wanted clean towels, more coffee or virtually anything else, we would have to put in a request. Day one our request was fulfilled. Day two it was ignored. In general, it was very disappointing to pay top dollar for dirty windows and no service and no compensation for the inconvenience. I doubt if we will choose the Antlers again.

I feel bad for these guys. Lack of employees is obviously an issue. Why work though when you can stay home and get a free check. My biggest issue was the parking. The garage is a mess. You need to validate a ticket every time you go in or out at the front desk. There’s always a line at the front desk. I did not know about the validation requirement (because they were so slammed at the front desk on check in with a lack of employees). They forgot to tell me. I ended up paying 28.50 for parking. I also paid 17.00 to the hotel. Now, I need to contact the garage, send receipts & all that fun stuff to get my 28.50 back. Awesome. Went to the pool. Big party of people drinking (drunk AF), smoking, yelling & nobody enforcing any rules. No towels at the pool. I get it that nobody wants to work, however other hotels have figured it out. These guys need to do the same. To the Antlers, you guys need a new parking system. Validating my parking ticket 5x a day is totally unreasonable, especially with the line at the front desk. Stay elsewhere if you are in the springs.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Beautiful mountain view and comfy beds....i just didn't like how small the shower was. I had to lay out Towels on the floor each time i shower because of the shower.

Horrible experience! Lacking customer service, will not recommend staying here at all. Rooms are pretty outdated for the price and thin walls.

The customer service was excellent! The disappointing aspects were about the condition of the room. It was dirty, pealing paint, barely warm water, etc.

Stay Well corner room with a city and mountain view! Enough Said!!!

Front desk service which is your first impression of the hotel was awful. the room attendants were not wearing masks to clean your room. The pool was not set up on time and had hand towels for guest use. It was raunchy. The hotel needs a lot of cleaning and updating.
