The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel

Great time. A very nice hotel with that nostalgic feel to it. Parking situation is a hassle, and food is over-priced.

Very safe hotel. A lot of security. Bed was real comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Enjoyed the stay.

When I checked in the hotel was just ending it's Galaxy Fest "convention" Various motor vehicles in the lobby and exterior of the hotel. People wearing robes and smoking pot meandering in the hotel. Day two: no vehicles and the vast majority of the Galaxy Fest decor had been removed. No furniture in the lobby. No place to sit. Day Three: Lobby returned to "normal". Music playing too loudly in the lobby. Restaurants are a complete disappointment. Hallway on the floor of my room had a strange smell which I gather was from a new coat of paint. Parking situation is a little bizarre having to validate parking receipts each time one takes their car out from the underground garage (not the hotel's). Hotel charges more than the garage itself. For what was once a grand hotel as witnessed by the numerous photographs throughout the hotel, this hotel barely approaches it's past in elegance and sophistication.

I was visiting my sister at college and wanted to stay somewhere close to campus, downtown, and safe.

Everything went well...the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice with a view of downtown. I particularly enjoyed having a dark and quiet room at night. The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice bed. Had everything we were expecting.

Great location, decently priced, not as modern as others but still very nice. I left my power chord in my room and Susan who is head of housekeeping was nice enough to ship it out to me.

Bathroom was not cleaned by housekeeping Entire hotel is very tired-- good location- obviously was a fine hotel years ago- not kept up

The front desk staff was always very cheery and helpful. The room could have been cleaner and housekeeping was very stingy with extra soap, lotion, coffee, creamer, and clean glasses & ice buckets. If I didn't ask for it, it would not be there after the room was attended to. The hotel was under construction which was not relayed when booking. The pool was on the second floor and the weight room was in the basement so it was not a convenient work out. Tried to find the local baseball game on the TV in my room and after calling the front desk the told me that they do not offer that channel but it was on in the bar downstairs. I went to the bar and ask them to turn it on which they did happily but I had to ask 3 different staff members to turn on the volume. They finally did but kept the LOUD music on overhead so it was a "no win" battle. It was only me and one other it the entire place so I didn't understand the issue with turning the music down or off. They had at least 5 TV's with sports on them but it was definitely not a sports bar atmosphere.

Great service. Nice hotel. Close to downtown. Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet. Great resort.

It was a good stay. We slept well and had no issues with our hotel

The price for the room was about 50 bucks to much.. The room was just OK for the price we paid. Had better rooms a cheaper prices. The bar closed at 11pm. On a Friday night. Which is weird to me. They had a great breakfasts bar..

Hotel is standard. Perfect location, historic building but rooms are outdated, nothing special.

Located in walking distance of many great restraunts and pubs. A little expensive but overall was worth the experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had fresh baked goods, flavor infused water and great coffee in the lobby every morning.

Downtown Colorado Springs location. Very comfortable rooms. Spectacular views of Pike's Peak if you get a room facing west. Only drawback, our room wasn't ready upon check-in and we arrived an hour after the scheduled check-in time.

The location was wonderful. The pool was being worked on - as this was one of the reasons we choose the hotel - this was a dissappointment for my wife who swims. The rooms were dated - but clean. Not quite the standard overall we were expecting but a good place in the end.

Great Hotel located in Downtown Colorado Springs. Downtown area has great restaurants. Staff and Property was first class.

Definitely very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Nothing fancy. Wasn't sure what I expected as a Hilton. Staff was friendly and had adequate services available. I would stay there again

very good so much good better than expected love to stay here again

very well located ,,walking distance to nice shops and restaurants....loved the area...

Great location for couples vacation--this is a nice property in a historic hotel, but the rooms were small and a bit ragged looking (plain stall shower with no tub or Hilton upscale quality)--bathroom door unable to fully open as it bumped in to the toilet--otherwise very comfortable beds and linens, and nice public spaces. Our room was refreshed poorly while we were out, but only with trash emptied and towels and soap replaced; no vacuuming, bed sloppily remade, and glasses not refreshed! This was not up to the Hilton standards I have come to anticipate and choose when looking for a hotel, and not even acceptable for many of the more economic choices available.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and I'm glad you enjoyed our wonderful staff. We are in the process of upgrading our bathrooms and I do apologize no one made you aware of the parking charges. I will bring this to our front office team. We hope to have the opportunity to accommodate you in the future.
