Long term homeless like tenants, woke up to loud f bombs, and slept in a non smoking room that reeked of smoke. Do not have "high standards" but this was bad. Felt unsafe in my locked room overnight due to the other "guests" do not stay here

This hotel is close to downtown and a good value. This hotel is close to restaurants and shops. This hotel is easy to find. Check in was easy and fast.

The room was clean and about what you should expect for the price. I didn't always feel safe in the neighborhood, but it was conveniently located only a few blocks from downtown Colorado Springs.

Wow was this bad. Room smelled so terribly. A lot of suspicious people just "hanging out" in the parking lot. Scary. Was more like a 29 dollar room.

Arrived late and tired. The front desk attendant was courteous and quickly gave me the room. Although this is not a luxurious hotel, the room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very close (walking distance) to downtown and to Colorado College...perfect!

Nothing fancy. A comfortable room. Just fine if you're looking for a cheap place to stay. No irons in the rooms, but they have one at the front desk available for loan (although I could have used an ironing board too...). Very close to Colorado College campus, which was convenient. Beware if booking this hotel during Colorado College homecoming or graduation weekends. This didn't affect me personally, but hey overbooked the hotel. One group had booked a nonsmoking room, and all that was left was smoking. Furthermore, the front desk person told them that they would have to turn 3 parties with reservations away. He was very apologetic about something that was clearly not his fault, but there seemed to be little he could do. I don't know how the situation was ultimately resolved.

Close to Colorado College campus, and a good value. Nothing special, but good enough for a weekend stay.

the bed and the bathroom appeared to be clean, but the room was enormously run down. The floor was not vacuumed. Would not take wife or kids to this place.

The front desk lady was very slow and rude. She took forever to give us our keys while we stood there, clearly exhausted. When we finally received our keys and went to our room, we discovered that it had not been cleaned yet and wasn't available. We had to go back down and wait for her to give us keys to another room.

cool!!!

I wish I never stayed there

check-in was very good by a very nice lady. went to a seven 11 store a half block away and [*] in their parking lot.very uncomfortable night, left very early the next morning. hotel was not a problem.

The hotel is located in downtown Colorado Springs which was nice so that we could walk to many restaurants, stores and parks. It is within minutes of Garden of the Gods, 7 Fall and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (a must see!). The hotel itself is nothing special but we didn't spend much time in the room except for sleeping and the price was right. If you are looking for a hotel to hangout at all day I would suggest spending a little more money elsewhere. The "continental breakfast" consisted of doughnuts, doughnut holes, english muffins, coffee and juice. . . and that was on a Sunday morning! All in all a good hotel for someone needing a cheap getaway to Colorado Springs.

Was clean. However, the door had to be slamed in order to get it to shut and stuck when trying to open. A little noisy as you could hear anyone in the hall. The a/c did not work properly. It kept shutting off and stayed off most of the night. The temp knob would just spin around and around so couldn't really set a temp on it. But for the price, it was about what we expected. Was a clean, decent place to stay for the night.

clean and well kept, not high class but economical

Affordable yet clean and simply attractive, walking distance to lovely campus

we were looking for something inexpensive as we were going to the colorado state fair in Pueblo from Denver. we didn't want a long drive the next day so we picked colorado springs as about 1/2 way. we went to pike's peak, king's diner ad dale's cafe. the econolodge served our needs.

Great location near Colorado College and a good price. Rooms are really worn but clean. We have stayed there 3 times and all three times it has been very noisy with young people partying. i wouldn't recommend it to anyone else, but we will continue to stay there due to the location and price. Take earplugs!

It was a basic accommodation -somewhat run down, but everything seemed clean enough. Noisy outside until the wee hours.

The staff was very friendly
