2BD Penthouse, Pet Friendly!

Summary:
Awesome 2 Bedroom Penthouse right in the middle of Old Colorado City & Manitou Springs with breathtaking mountain views, and a game room. Also, less than 5 minutes away from Garden of the Gods & Red Rock Canyon. The unit comes equipped with all the kitchen and bath essentials you'd need, with heating and air as well. You will also have your own private balcony directly facing the mountains. The Penthouse has free parking on premises as well.

The Space:
The property does have other units with it. You do have your own entrance as well as your own space. The entrance to the unit is through the back of the property and up the flight of stairs to the second floor.

When walking up the stairs you'll come to your own private balcony/deck overlooking the mountains, with an outdoor seating area. As you first walk into the unit you'll be greeted by the open concept living and dining room with 50" TV on the wall and gas fireplace below it. The large L couch has plenty of space as well as a 6 person dining table and bar area, with hand selected drinking glasses.

As you continue walking you'll meet our dedicated workplace, equipped with a standing desk with mountain views, as well as a relaxation nook behind it.

Past this you come to the full kitchen with everything one could need. The kitchen comes equipped with a full size fridge, pantry space, oven and stovetop range, double sided sink, coffee maker, microwave, and all the kitchen essentials.

The back area of the penthouse is where the bedrooms and game room are. The first bedroom has a large King bed as well as plenty of recessed closet space. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with mountain views as well. The bathroom is a shower/tub with double sided vanity for your comfort. Lastly, and our favorite is the game room which has a large kids arcade basketball game.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the full penthouse via your own entrance, a communal parking lot in the back with plenty of space, and a communal backyard should you choose to use it.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood lies right between Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and Garden of the Gods/Red Rocks Park.

Getting Around:
The neighborhood is relatively walkable and there is a bus stop directly across the road from the parking. You will have 2 spaces in the parking lot out back. There's plenty of parking in the front as well as extra parking in the front lot.

Other Things to Note:
This is a super unique penthouse with amazing views.
