It's perfectly adequate for spending the night before heading to the Denver Airport. The people there were quite nice and accommodating. The breakfast was perfectly adequate too. A good bargain for the money.

The hotel is clean. (In fact, we saw people cleaning while walking around.) When we flushed the toilet in the room it sounded like a machine grinding. (You could feel the floor vibrate around the toilet while flushing.) I think the plumbing needs to be updated. The rooms are really dated looking, and the noisy AC fan shut on and off all night, despite us setting it to "on". There was also no electrical outlet on my side of the bed to charge my phone overnight, and the light over the sink didn't work. No one at the front desk was particularly friendly or welcoming. They were simply doing their jobs, and I felt like I was inconveniencing them when the room key suddenly stopped working. It's a great location, minutes from the airport. But, we had to park on the street while we were there because the parking lot was full. I wasn't excited about that. For a quick overnight near the airport, I'd say the hotel is great. For an extended stay, I'd say look elsewhere.

The hotel was fine. the shuttle from the airport was very rundown and the driver didnt have any air on when it was 85 degrees out. check in was easy. room was good. but when we got back second night our keys didn’t work so had to go back down. the pool was always closed by time we returned to hotel even though listing said it was open until later in evening. and i checked out 5 days ago and they haven’t returned my incidental deposit. all in all, it was fine. don’t think i’d stay there again though.

Family road trip.

After staying at a few hotels related to this chain this was disappointing. The lady at the desk presented as rude, and unhelpful compared to the others . No information provided like WiFi breakfast etc. by the front desk .The pool and hot tub need a deep cleaning. Hot tub the staff had to turn on the jets and they were great. The bed was comfy and room size good . Parking was a nightmare. They don’t have enough space for the amount of rooms. The breakfast was hot and good ( best feature). This was part of a road trip and we were stopping in Denver on way back too and we did not choose this hotel again.

Disappointed

Check in was smooth but our second key didn’t work and neither did the replacement key. There was a lot of damage to the room and the TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. We were not offered another room. We did enjoy the pool but one of the hot tubs were broken. Finally it took an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport.

At check-in, I had to ask for the Wi-Fi information and details about breakfast the next morning, as they were not provided proactively. Also, I was given a room next to the shared restroom, which made me feel a little uneasy at first, but there were no issues in the end. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. However, there was no tissue provided, not even a single sheet. Despite that, I had a very pleasant stay overall.

My son and my grandchildren were stranded in Denver from flight cancelation. They were very scared and it was late at night. I called Americainn and they had a shuttle picked up my kids took them to the hotel they were able to sleep, eat a good breakfast there and they took them to the airport the next morning. It was a blessing. Thank you so much to the hotel and staff
