Went well, staff was great...................................

Easy access to Denver Airport with a number of restaurants within walking distance. Have a small but well stocked bar inside hotel.

Late check in very rude staff. Would not recommend this chain to anyone.

The Defiant Crew MC had a member pass away in Denverbut we live in Florida. We needed a place to stay while we took care of Bam Bams's celebration of life. The staff at Springhill were very courteous and understanding while we were there. From the check in to the breakfast to the 3am departure Sunday morning. We thank you. DCMC

Very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and quietness of hotel. Continental breakfast starts at 5 am. Very close to Denver International Airport and rental car returns. Shuttle service is provided also. Lots of good restaurants in area w/in walking distant.

When I told the shuttle operator that I needed to be dropped off at door 613 (6th floor) at DEN, he told me that I was wrong and that I needed to go to door 513 (5th floor) for check-in. When we arrived at the airport, he insisted everyone get out at the opposite side of the airport and that it would be faster to walk through the airport rather than be dropped off at curbside check-in on the other side. It was 5:15 AM on a Saturday. Traffic was at a minimum. Once I got to where I needed to be, it turned out I actually needed to be dropped off where I originally told the shuttle driver. If I have to fly from DEN and use a hotel shuttle service again, I won't be staying here. The hotel front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, but a little outdated in the rooms. Considering the number of hotels in this area, I would think there would be more restaurants. There are several choices for delivery, but only 2 near the hotel.

Checked in and found dried blood on top blanket. The swimming pool (if that is what you would call it) is a joke. Hot tub should have been called the boiling tub (way to hot) I've had better experiences at smaller and cheaper places won't be going back

I had a very nice room with plenty of space. I was thankful for the desk and couch that was included in addition to my king sized bed. I was able to take the hotel shuttle to and from the airport which was very nice. In the morning they called my room to let me know that the shuttle had arrived and they held it for me until I came down. I greatly appreciated this service. There were some components of the check out that were tricky because of how I booked the room. Besides that the staff was good and helpful.

nice, slightly smallish suite. Lots of amenities like 24/7 workout room. Very nice breakfast as hotel buffets go.

The hotel was clean and easy to find,the room was very clean and the staff fantastic,breakfast bar was good,pool was nice but small,there is and an itailan restuarnt and a ruby tues in the same parking lot,would definitely stay here again

As nice as all the other Marriott suites: 24 hour snack bar and great breakfast. They run a shuttle to and from the airport every 45 minutes (it only takes about 10 minutes to get there). They have the NFL station on TV.

The room was spacious and clean. There was a comfortable couch, a sizable desk, flat screen TV, and a large bathroom and shower.

The location is excellent, and shuttle service would have been great too, except for a couple staff boo-boos. First our wake-up call was dropped. The next notice was from front desk saying the shuttle bus was broken down. We advised we would just drive to DIA and drop our family members off and park. As we were having breakfast, the shuttle driver showed up! Not the best way to run an operation in my opinion. The desk manager did offer to pay for our parking, which was a nice gesture.

We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds for our family of 4 (with 2 young children). Upon check-in they had filled all rooms with 2 queen beds. Our only option was 2 separate rooms, each with a king bed. The manager wasn't particularly helpful or pleasant. The room was fine, other than fingernails on the bedspread. Upon return to the airport, we waited over a half an hour for the shuttle to arrive.

The rooms were nice and clean as expected and the services were great. The pool was very small for the group I was traveling with. I would much rather had a bigger pool. It was so small I did not even bother to swim.

Thanks for a great stay! Conveniently located near the airport, I always stay here on business trips. Roomy, pool/hot tub, bar, easy to take care of work.

bam bam's celebration of life

last minute stay

two nights by the airport

I had a very nice room with plenty of space. I was thankful for the desk and couch that was included in addition to my king sized bed.
