Vary convenient to walk to restuarants and the rooms are very spacious.
I requested 1pm late checkout when I arrived, and the reply was "OK no problem". The next day, they called me at 12:05 and said my late checkout wasn't approved. They said I could checkout at 12:30, so I had to rush to pack my things. The manager was rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to ask why I was notified so late (after checkout and with only 20 minutes to pack), he kept repeating "12:30, 12:30" and did not listen to my question at all. I checked out at 12:20. I was charged $20 for late checkout even though I did not get the time I asked for and nobody ever told me there would be a fee. I want the $20 back.
Although all the staff was friendly it’s seemed a little impersonal. I have nothing bad to say about the staff at all. It’s just the small things like using the customers name that makes all the difference. The hotel itself is quite nice and conveniently located.
Upon arrival at the property, we weren't welcome. Also, I provided the person at the front desk with my Marriott reward number, and she didn't say thanks for being a member. This is something normally done by other hotels as I travel the whole world and domestically. Also, she didn't provide instructions about the internet and other hotel amenities. Lastly, her dress code wasn't correct for a front desk; she was showing a lot of skin for this position. The internet in my room was so slow that I have to use my phone to hotspot my computer. Another room for improvement was the coffee used by this facility; in simple words, it was not coffee. I think it was a mix of coffee syrup with water. Overall, I visited many Marriott's in and outside of the US, and this by far is the worst experience using this hotel. I don't recommend this hotel.
Not clean the sheets were dirty with huge coffee stains. Pull out bed was broken and they had no extra sheets in the room. Also the A/C was broken.
Can’t comment due to short one night stay but overall it was great. One thing I had to leave 6am and couldn’t grab breakfast due to weekend schedule start at 6:30 am and no accommodations by the front desk. Something to improve
If they put you in suite 100, ask for a different room. It's right next to the "Pump Room" which has an air compressor that turns off and on every 20 minutes all night long, making it impossible to sleep.
Very clean, 24 hour shuttle from the airport, very clean room and comfortable beds.
Clean hotel that has quiet rooms and very friendly helpful staff!
We needed a room for 5 people and SpringHill Suites is our go-to option. Loved that the couch had a trundle bed instead of a fold out couch. Much more comfortable and a separate bed from the couch if we’d needed more space.
Went well, staff was great...................................

Our checkout time is 12pm. The note in system said " Will check with Front Desk in Morning to see if 1pm checkout is available". Front Desk had to check on room closer to 12pm to see when you were checking out. Late checkout is based on availability and when we are sold out the next day, we can not offer that. The night guy even said he did not promise you a 1pm checkout because you booked through a 3rd party, which is our hotel policy. Also, you were not charged a 20 late checkout fee on this. The 20 you see is for the incidental authorization, which if you travel at all you know falls off 3-5 days after checkout.

Thank you for your review. Definitely agree the small things count and will revisit with the Front Desk staff.
