Had issues with housekeeping not properly servicing the room as promised. I ran out of soap in the shower Saturday evening, and reported to staff and the front desk. They did not have soap for me until Monday night. The room was supposed to be serviced on alternate days. For the first four days, my room was untouched, then serviced every day for the remainder of my stay. Additionally, the room was just big enough to hold a king size bed and little else. There was a cheap rolling desk and office chair in the room. The room lighting was inadequate, and appeared to be more for show than function. I most likely will not stay there again.

Decent stay, great location

Our stay here was nice. The lobby area is very welcoming and clean and the front desk staff were pleasant. We enjoyed the pool but wished it was heated. The walls did seem to be thin, we could hear a lot of noises coming from neighboring rooms. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries. Breakfast was decent but the one staff member working the breakfast area wasn’t very friendly. Overall a good stay. And the location is a 10.

Ecerythong about this proprty was great, it was convenietly located to what I needed and very clean. The one thing that I did have an issue with were the pillows, they gave no support, but you cant win them all.

Second time staying here and it is a clean hotel and staff is nice but I picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and my daughter was dying to swim. The swimming pool is like an ice bath I saw four families come in and walk out because it was so cold. I feel like I was robbed don't advertise you have a pool if your not heating it up for the winter months. Now to our room the Shower door handle is falling off, everytime you flush the toilet I have to take the tank lid off so it refills with water and the security latch on the door is broken and does not work seems the need some maintenance on this place .
