Great place, will return and stay longer next time!

Fantastic experience. Smooth check-in process and our request for a room on a higher floor was graciously approved. The king suite was spacious with a full size kitchen, two large TV's with full cable and all other essential appliances. The breakfast was fabulous. Apart from the hot items like scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and french toast, there was a made-to-order omelet station. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Had a double suite and it was awesome, we had 5 people.

The stay was very enjoyable. It fit our family of eight perfectly with plenty of room. We'll use Hyatt again in the future!

Very good experience especially when we saw Mr. Paul Rayan in breakfast! He and his family were one of the guests!

Staff somehow got confused since I had a work reservation and personal... ended up locking us out of the room although I told them before I even checked in. Room was clean. Pool is outside so it was too cold for us. Decent hotel, nothing amazing.

Great rates, awesome staff, and just overall a great hotel. Might be one of the best kept secrets a as far as hotels go for the Denver area. Every time I wanna get away to Denver for a day or 2 I always stay here.

We stayed here last year, and again this year because we liked it. It is close to my mother and sister’s homes and we came to visit them for the holidays. It is close to through roads and shopping but you don’t see or hear either, really. Of course the view of the mountains is nice. I like the breakfasts though I would make it easier to access the food and drink to better accommodate the flow of people. I would also lower the tall tables in the dining area because they are wobbly and the chairs are difficult to sit in...both too uncomfortable to give up the seating real estate. Prepare to get to breakfast early or late as the time between 8-9 is crowded and the kitchen staff just can’t keep up. Before or after that window it is great, and I liked the food, selection, and staff.

Very nice hotel the two bedroom suites were roomy and the beds were comfortable

The bathroom door handle was broken and I seriously got locked in the bathroom for 10 minutes. This would be horrible for someone traveling alone. Luckily my roommate heard me pounding and screaming from her room. Not a great experience.

Always enjoy Hyatt House stays. This hotel was no exception. Stayed here to tour the surrounding area (Rocky Mountains, Red Rocks, Denver, Boulder)- it was very well located. There was plenty of dining and shopping available. Suite was beautiful- very spacious. The two bedroom suite had 3 televisions which helps with a family of four! Full kitchen with all the supplies was a plus. There was a complimentary hot breakfast which was at a high standard- fresh omelettes and a wide variety of other choices. Staff was very friendly! Didn't make it to the outdoor pool/jacuzzi but saw it from our room and it looked very nice. Fitness room was spacious, clean, and had some nice extras including cold water, towels, and earbuds to watch tv on the treadmills. Overall a fantastic stay.

Clean, comfort, and worry free. Excellent breakfast

This has been my best experience by far! The room had a full kitchen setup with utensils and dishes. The Hyatt is truly a home away from home, the staff was super nice and the infusion water in the lobby was delicious!

The location was perfect for my needs. Easily accessible to 3 major freeways, restaurants and shopping. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill every request we had. I had problems accessing the internet using my Voip phone and they immediately, on a Sunday night, got their tech department on the phone who fixed the issues in less than 15 minutes. The room was clean, breakfast was great. I could not ask for more, especially at such a great price!

Good hotel, has a homely vibe. The stay was comfortable.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel with suites. I had a king with small living room and kitchen with stove, full fridge, microwave. The bed was very comfortable, with both soft and firm pollows. Breakfast included made to order omelet. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Cons: WiFi is slow. Shower attractive but the door is placed so you get soaked with cold water while turning it on. Otherwise a very nice place for the price.

This is a newer hotel, very clean and free breakfast has a lot of selections.

I'm so sorry that you had some reservation confusions. were you blocked out of your room on the transition day or did your keys just deactivate? Unfortunately with third party reservations, you have to check out of one reservation and check into the other reservation. This prevents us from being able to merge the two together and give you keys that are valid through the entire duration of your stay. I apologize that the host who checked you in didn't communicate this.
