We like the welcome package of warm cookies upon check in

The suite was nice, the bathroom was fantastic, and the service was great.

I have an injury and was using a cane. When I checked in the staff should have noticed and told me about the parking way in the back of the building right near my room. Instead I parked out front and had to climb many steep stairs. Once inside I had to walk up a ramp to the elevator to my room. It was painful and uncomfortable. It was only later when I said something about it that I was told there was parking in the back. I parked in the back and was still not near my room and on another floor. Then, the following day, I discovered on my own that there was even a farther back parking area right near my room. Seriously, that place is poorly planned out and several people I spoke to complained about it. Because of this, they need to be extra sensitive to people with disabilities!!

Everything was ok. The wifi was not what I expected. I was amazed that a place like the Double tree I could not use Netflix. I called the support and they told me I need it to upgrade. I had NEVER had to upgrade in any hotel in order to use Netflix or download. Very disappointing.

Every single staff member we encountered was pleasant and extremely friendly. Helena from the bar was incredible!! During the 3 days we were there we were amazed how she remembered everyone's names and drinks. She truly enjoys her job and was engaged with each patron. Cant express enuf how much we enjoyed her

Unimpressed with the front desk agent, asked for directions to the room at check in & she didn’t even know the layout of the hotel. I asked for a map but none available. She didn’t mention the continental breakfast or hotel amenities. I could’ve easily checked in at a kiosk instead. The people next door to us kept coming in & out of their room slamming the door multiple times at midnight. Clearly drunk they kept yelling at each other & we can hear everything through the connecting door. With so many other hotels to choose from in Denver, we will not be staying here again.

Came for Keith urban concert at fiddlers green Doubletree provided free shuttle to concert! Awesome

Was greeted by extremely friendly front desk staff. Room was very comfortable clean and quiet. Very nice breakfast included. Staff at restaurant went out of their way to offer everything you could want. Omelet lady was friendly and made a delicious omelet Over all a great experience for a reasonable price.

Nice people who work there, it is quiet and comfortable, great food and just what is needed for business travelers

I recently stayed here when I visited Colorado to check it out as a future home. The first place I came to was DoubleTree and the receptionist was awesome. I even got a text asking if there is anything they can have ready for me. I got to check in early and at every step the service was great and the staff was friendly. They also have a restaurant on site that has the most amazing food in any hotel i have been in at an affordable price. Try the peach cobbler or the coffee and donuts.

The temperature and humidity in both rooms that we rented were quite high the first night. Also, the tub would not drain in our room. After we reported these issues to the hotel, maintenance fixed the issues. The second night was more comfortable. The hotel did comp breakfast for us one of the days due to the problems in the rooms.
