I think it's ridiculous that after paying over $150/ night, i still had to pay $17 for parking!! Also, i reserved a room with a balcony and was not given one. The indoor pool was closed. It was for my daughter's birthday. Not getting the balcony and the pool being closed was definitely a disappointment. We went be staying here again. Also no free internet??

Comedy show and visit with nieces.

Staff is excellent our niece and grand nieces met us there that evening and we were not back from earlier commitments. We are extremely appreciative for how well they were greeted. Had late night snacks and drinks also and very happy with both.

Beatuiful views and balcony , will be staying here any time i visit pagosa or anywhere in the area , cant beat the price and the room PASSED my expectations , didnt even wanna leave !! Was so comforting after a 12 hour drive from fort worth texas !!
