Worked well for us.

Not clean, employees not welcoming, tiolet not bolted down.

We didn't like that there was an adjoining door to the room next to us the walls were too thin and we could hear everybody that was around us in their rooms

Nice and Clean!

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The staff was polite and courteous. The rooms were very clean, and although due to protocols rooms were not automatically cleaned daily, the front desk made it effortless to schedule cleanings. Great location, safe, a lot of stores, restaurants, and a fairly quick drive to downtown. They also have a light rail within a short walk or quick drive, if you wish to access the city that way. Does the job if looking for a clean, safe, place within a reasonable driving distance of Denver.

I liked how clean and nice the staff was. We had no problems whatsoever and will come back some time in the future

Nice staff, great service, clean rooms

The property is old and outdated. It appears to be apartments converted. There was very little visibility at night and the front door access is locked until they let you in. Even to check in you have to get access to the entrance. Front was nice. No complaints with front desk or staff. The room Was a combination of old and new. There was a gap under the door large enough for me to stick my hand under. Cigarette ash in the drawers by the bed, used lotion, bathroom had hair on walls. At no point during my 2 day stay was there hot water or water pressure. Luke warm was the best it got with minimal pressure. The shower was extremely old and outdated. Getting the shower head to actually turned on required holding the knob up for almost 20 seconds. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people beside me as if we were sitting in the same room. There was dust on the ice bin and coffee machine as well. Covid restrictions are generally to blame for bad house keeping but the combination of a old broke down building added to it just makes for a lackluster stay at what seems like a rent by hour hotel.

Only issues was not recieving clean towels and having to chase housekeeping down in the hall to get some, and the sodas at the desk being flat (exchanged two or three and same problem with all of them)

The good: property is surrounded by restaurants and near the highway. The lobby was well maintained. The not so good: our room wasnt cleaned properly. There was a sock from a previous guest in front of the sofa bed and the table still had food stuck on it.

Nice staff, nice room, nice view. Decent hotel for the price.

Older property but appeared to have been recently updated. Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Very friendly staff.

V ery nice upscale hotel but reservation was made with residence Inn which advertised free breakfast...it is now called courtyard and there's a charge for breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Comfortable hotel with basic amenities. Located not far from airport and relatively easy to get to.

I highly recommend this hotel, only wish we had more time to spend enjoying all the amenities offered. Will definitely stay here again if in the area. Comfortable beds, clean, professional staff and a Starbucks in house, what more could you want!

We had reservations at another hotel and left because it was so bad. The Courtyard was a wonderful experience. We felt safe and were treated great.
