At first we were given a that already had some one in it then we got a new room but it had a red stain on our floor in the bedroom the looked like blood and it was still wet. We met the front desk know he came and looked at it. They could not offer us another room they said due to being full. So we stayed in the room with the wet stain and they said they were going to comp the room but i believe we still got billed for it. We also stayed at the same hotel earlier in the week with no issue. The staff is very friendly but i believe they were under staffed due to people not showing up but over all other then the stain it was good

Staff is great, the hot breakfast has great variety. The only issue I had is that the spa isn't being monitored in any way. Our first night there, we wanted to sit in the hot tub but there were 8 children in there and they would not move. Max capacity is 7 at a time. We did end up being able to get in, but more kids were going in and out of it, so we eventually gave up trying to relax in there. This did not affect my feelings about the hotel in general and we will likely be returning anyway.

Overall great experience. There had been an odd smell in our room but staff handled it perfectly. They febreezed the room for us and when that didnt solve the problem , they graciously moved us to a different room and that room was great. The front desk staff and the assistant GM get high praise

Front desk staff was excellent. Regan was very friendly and handled our check-in well. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Other staff members were quite nice as well. The room was very clean. I was impressed that the hotel not only has free breakfast, but also provides dinner each evening. Though we already had plans and could not take advantage of this, I have not stayed at any other hotel that provides dinner for free. This was our first time to stay at a Drury Inn. We will look for others in our travels, and would certainly come back to this hotel if we're in this area again. Thank you!
