Loved the stay!
On the surface the hotel seemed very nice and modern. The room was well equipped with basic kitchen and office features which was great. The bathroom needed a good scrubbing as there was orange scum around the crevices of the faucet and shower corners, edges, toilet seat hinges. Easily fixed with a toothbrush once in a while. The laminate on the bathroom vanity was warping on the edges (cheap? Old?) only one wash cloth provided for three of us. The pool was tiny and dirty - my kids were grossed out. There was one front desk attendant at 5:30pm on a Friday night and he was MIA when I arrived. I waited with my hungry kids and all our bags for over 20 minutes along with a couple other guests. I called the hotel # hoping for a backup to track him down - no luck. He was friendly and pleasant when he returned from helping someone with their bags. The breakfast was pretty basic. I grabbed an oatmeal packet and didn’t see bowls anywhere- finally spotted a mug to use across the room. I got the last one and there was no attendant replenishing them so my kids were out of luck. Oatmeal bar and waffle station would have been awesome, but no. The location was great for what we needed.
Very clean. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds and great layout to maximize the space. Would definitely book again.
Great hotel! I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the experience. It was only 15 min from Denver and had plenty of great restaurants in the surrounding area great view from my room and friendly service from the employees that worked there. Would highly recommend
I like red wine. Team said they would fill thecred wine and stayed two nights and they did not
Staying here was the worst experience. My significant other and I booked this hotel for 4 days. One night we went to the mountains, but left my significant other's phone, his pants and some of my daughters snacks in the hotel. When we returned the following day at 10 PM with our toddler, our hotel room had been messed with. We had no bedding on our bed. All the comforters and pillows were on the floor. The sheets and pillowcases were missing entirely from the room along with my significant other's pants and phone. The trashes hadn't been emptied and my daughters snacks were still on the table. Our Netflix account was also still logged in. No one should have entered the room at all since we had a do not disturb sign on the door. When we went to the lobby to address the issues, the woman at the front desk could not solve any of the problems and indicated that she was there alone so could not help us. She gave my significant other sheets (queen sheets for a king bed) so we could make our own bed. When inquiring to speak to the manager or someone who could resolve the issue, we were questioned and had to continue engaging in a power struggle for any movement to be made. The manager said multiple times that he was at home so could not see what was happening despite pictures we showed the attendant. Eventually, after me giving choices for them to refund me or find me somewhere else to stay, the manager said he could try to accommodate another hotel in the area. Do not book!
Parking is sort of cramped and the pool is much smaller than one would expect for a hotel of this size. The staff at the front desk were rude and disrespectful. We had 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) staying in our room, but only 3 bath towels. Housekeeping said they would bring us another towel. Two hours later, I called the front desk and she said she would deliver us another towel in 30 minutes. After an hour, I went to bed. Went to the front desk and got my own towel the next morning. I'm not adverse to having to go get my own towels, but at this price? The room should be ready!!! Breakfast is pretty good for carb eaters. Not really any options for low carb. The woman at the desk upon check out was, also, quite rude; sitting, hiding behind her computer. I didn't know she was there until she started laughing at something on her computer screen. Very disappointed. Stayed just over a year ago and loved it. This time, not so much. Don't think we'll give it a third try.
Very clean and fresh smell. Liked the bathroom feautures. Breakfast was great!
Nothing to complain. Nothing to complain. Nothing to complain.
What a pleasant surprise. Beautiful, clean and very comfortable! They thought about every detail and modern decor was still warm and inviting. I would definitely stay there again.
This was a great hotel I loved the organic and go green feeling.
Unusual extended stay concept. Everything in hotel was done well from staff, breakfast etc.
This place is awesome, especially for the price. I was surprised to see a full kitchen when I walked into my room. My only complaint may be that I could hear my neighbors alarm music softly in the morning.. fortunately I actually found it to be a nice awakening.
