Poor front desk service, there was not anyone at the desk on several occasions and they did not answer the phone. Hotel was taken over by youth football team. And our luggage was stored in a room with a live hotel pet bunny
They were so clean and the staff was amazing. My husband had back surgery and they totally accommodating to his needs the last night he was there! Would definitely stay again!!!

The entire staff (Lee-Front Desk-Manager, Julie-Courtesy Van, Marco/Allen-Maintenance, Alta-Breakfast/Kitchen made this stay outstanding! I stayed in Lone Tree,CO for a week at the Medical Sales College & this Hampton went above/beyond to make the stay an awesome experience. The hotel was decorated for the Fall/Halloween - inside/outside, snacks (cookies, water, coffee, trail mix) always clean, friendly staff, The complementary coffee/breakfast was absolutely the best! (delicious hot and cold menu items, fresh fruit, healthy options, etc.) Lee made sure my check in was excellent - he saw I had bottled water for the week and had a mini fridge placed in my room! The maintenance staff visited to make sure the TV / remote worked properly. While I did not need/request daily cleaning service -- when it was needed, I had fresh towels, trash removed, and bed made as needed/requested. When I arrived, it snowed a considerable amount (even for Denver) and the staff made sure guests were able to get to where they needed to go with the courtesy van. Like many, I rely on and look forward to the complementary breakfast -- this Hampton was the very best! So many unlimited excellent options and healthy choices (oatmeal was yummy w/raisins/ almonds/cinnamon to add) hot eggs/meats/potatoes, yogurts, smoothies, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit to go. Thank You Hampton & I will be back!

staff friendly, had a courtesy van that could take you to the light rail station to get downtown, b-fast done well everyday, coffee available all day. good location for getting to Denver or south to Colo. Springs.
It's a very clean and maintained property. The breakfast had many healthy options. The property had a nice surrounding and environment.
