Great location convenient to Red Rocks Amphitheater.
Very clean
- Great location and new facility with proximity to Denver, Golden, shopping, I-70, C-470, Highway 6, Dining & Colorado School of Mines. - Great "bones" of a facility, but starting to show its age and is not maintained as it should be: -- Hot tub bubbles pump wasn't working, hot tub water looked murky, some doors were damaged and needed to be replaced, some towel hangers in bathroom were missing, some tiles in bathroom were coming loose, a wall façade cover over the communications & power cables under the nightstand was left off and open, etc.
There was a musty odor in the room they gave me. I mentioned it and got another room. It too was musty. Maybe it was my nose, but I don’t think so.
Convenient to local venues
I've stayed at this location a number of times on our way to skiing out west and have been very happy with the hotel. I feel that due to COVID they have taken things a little too far - no hot breakfast and now there is a parking fee.
The room was clean and comfortable. Upon checkin I was told that parking was $12. There was no indication anywhere that you have to pay for parking. This property is on the outskirts of Denver Metro and the only way to get here is to drive. Fortunately, there is ample free parking around the property within a minute walking distance. Had I known that an extra fee would be charged for parking I would have booked else where.
Clean rooms, but not very sound proof. Could hear everyone the person above us walked around their room. Staff were helpful & friendly
Very clean and staff knowledgeable about local attractions.
The staff were great, the hotel was clean & the rooms were nice. I really enjoyed the stay here with my 2 kids.
Christian was AWESOME, the property was clean and quiet and all went as planned...
Stayed during. Corona crisis. Only one staff and no services which is understandable given the circumstances. However, the room itself was a bit shabby. I had two rooms and both appeared dingy. Could not tell if comforter was dirty or just old. Thermostat did not work and the water pressure Bailey enough to rinse shampoo out of the hair. This had nothing to do with the virus and is not what I have come to expect from a Hilton Property
Worst Hampton Inn experience I’ve had. Loud guests and lousy breakfast. They were renovating a bit but that shouldn’t change the quality of food or lack of choice.
The whole place was clean and run efficiently. the amenities where maintained, pool breakfast, room service etc
THE STAFF IS AMAZING. THE AREA IS GREAT TO GET TO MOUNTAINS OR DOWN TOWN DENVER. THE BREAFAST WAS GREAT. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN ANYTIME.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. They Made sure daily I had what was needed. Only thing that was out of the hotels control at the time was; the vent in the bathrooms didn’t work and the steam fills the room. Secondly the toilet seat slip..tad dangerous. Lastly, The pool/jacuzzi had so much chlorine you could smell it, and I ended up with a reaction. So my total synopsis is: hotel is friendly, super clean, and the food for breakfast was great. Minor details can be looked passed- minus the pool conditions. Great location and for the price it’s worth it!
Clean and the front desk interactions were friendly. Coffee was hot, excellent.
Had a great stay. The hot tub was down for maintenance, however they warmed up the pool and everyone enjoyed that. We had no issues whosoever.
