The hotel is not as advertised. The air conditioning was not working in the hallways. The room door seemed to be kicked in with a hug gap on the bottom. You can literally see into the hallway. There was a foul smell in the room that was being covered by tons of air freshener. Not a place to stay with family.

This place has both the pool and hot tub out of commission our tub drain had blood around it, then next room had pubic hair in the shower. Both cube seats had broken handles. Front desk person was very sweet.

R room had several issues including the refrigerator did not cool, lamp did not have bulbs window shade would not open. No soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom. The pool and hot tub were out of order. They said they were waiting on parts. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were rubbery and yogurt was warm. Staff was friendly

Excellent room, clean, convenient. Great staff.But very disappointed in pool and hot tub not operating. Also finding out that I have to pay for parking was upsetting. The lot is not even secure with a fence, actually adjoins another hotel parking lot. When I tried to get a refund for parking expense because I didn't use the full 3 nights, it proved impossible. This will probably make me think twice before I stay in this hotel again.

First off when we got there our first room wasn't even made up and it was past 6pm. There were pillows on the floor and blankets on the TV stand so I had to go down and get another room . I had called a week prior to make sure they had a hot time in pool that was working they told me that it was when we got there she even told us that the pool and hot tub area closes at midnight but when we went to go swim the pool was closed for maintenance this is very disappointing for my son which is why we chose the exact Hotel so he could swim. The beds felt old and a little bit Lumpy which made it very hard to sleep and the shower did not have a whole lot of pressure and you could not change it even though we're different settings. For a Hampton Hilton hotel I was honestly very disappointed in all of it

We stay here whenever we are in Denver area. Clean, clean rooms. Excellent staff. Great breakfast bar. Lots of local food options at the mall area. And about as west as we can get in Denver.

I saw a few things in the bathroom of my room that needed to be addressed. The lock on the bathroom door was broken, so with pocket doors they didn't provide enough privacy. Secondly, the edges of the pocket doors were covered in finger dirt and oil. It was onvious that no one had wiped them down. The little Denver omlets were a great touch at breakfast and they tasted awesome!
