Stayed here in early November with my adult son. We booked two rooms. At check-in, I asked for a higher floor and was told the hotel was sold out and the top floor reserved. Fine. We dropped bags and left for the night.
At 10:30 PM, I asked the front desk for Bonvoy welcome waters/snacks. I was told, “You booked through a third party. You don’t get that.” No effort, no courtesy.
Then the TV didn’t work. I called for help. The night staff said, “I’m not maintenance.” No solution, just dismissal. She later offered to move me — odd, since I’d just been told the hotel was full.
After calmly pressing for a working TV, she called the police. Officers arrived, quickly realized there was no issue, and left. No report filed.
The next morning, I found hair in the shower. I showed the front desk. Apology, but no follow-up.
Unprofessional, poorly managed, and way below Marriott standards.
