Great location and place!
We loved the location. Being that close to downtown and having things to do within walking distance was great. Communication was easy with the property manager. Check in was easy and we had a garage which was nice. I would book again!

Great stay!
Overall, this was a great place to stay! I will say, when we arrived the place had not been cleaned. However, I was able to quickly contact the property manager, who promptly sent a cleaning crew within about 15 minutes. They we kind and did a great job cleaning for me. The property manager has said they will be refunding me the cleaning fee for this, which I haven't seen yet... but I am hopeful it's coming today. If not, that would be a shame for sure. I do recommend this space! I am sure this was simply a misunderstanding that is outside the norm.

Very clean spacious and cozy!
My husband and I are looking for property in Denver. We are using VRBO for other rentals in different areas. This is our first stay so the bar is high. There are two rooms, both with comfortable beds (although we only used one). Heat worked nicely and we needed for nothing. The unit was very clean as well. We would rent again.

Check in codes at night were not very clear
Everything was nice inside but the tub, I would add grab bars and non slip pads to tub/shower.
The site was saved by heading towards Sloan Lake but the other way was a Colfax street full of "struggling" people. Just thankful I wasn't alone~
