Amazing hotel and great staff! Will be staying here again.

Stayed there for a week while on business. The staff really took care of our every needs. If we had a problem, or needed something, it was taken care of immediately. Every detail was solved in the guest's favor. Thank you.

It is a nice place to stay. We enjoyed it. The bed and the pillows weren't the best to us, but not bad. The bathroom had great lighting and a great hairdryer. We'd stay there again.

Mr. Just at the front desk was so rude. I will never return because of his inability to speak to guest and treat them properly.

Nice hotel with comfortable room and accomodating staff. Pool and hot tub need cleaning.

Very brown decor but who cares. Breakfast is over priced and the toilets barely flush. Also thr beds are lumpy.

Clean very nice and helpful staff they where great

We enjoyed our stay and was nice experience, however they have small perks in the rooms where they are def out for there money's worth if you book through orbitz and get a top notch room for cheap. Always read fine PRINT!!

The entry area to the hotel - lobby, swimming pool - all look very nice. The rooms are outdated. The movie selections on the TV were extremely outdated movies. The use of the remote on the tv was difficult. We could hear people at the pool, six floors below our room, and we could hear the people in the rooms next to us. It was very disappointing. We had one meal from room service. It arrived quickly but the food was unimpressive. We will not stay here again and would not recommend the hotel to anyone else.

Enjoyed the stay but most people thought we didn't belong there just starred at my family

The beds are not comfortable and caused 3 days of bad sleep

Staff was nice at check in. Elevators are a plenty and fast. Building clean! Parking lot waaaaay away from room. Expect the walk. Room nice. But. Not clean. Hair on towels. In bathtub. No vent in bathroom. I was on the top floor and the hvac on the roof kept my baby up all night. Staff offered move but lost room to sell out. Central location. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

Not good housekeeping Laundry takes 3 days to be delivered and only if you ask for it Dirty room and bathroom everyday

We are from Denver area but have stayed in this hotel twice in the last year for events. Both times we've really enjoyed our stay. Really like the restaurant and breakfast buffet.

The staff there was great. The only thing is given the price point of the hotel, I found the beds surprisingly uncomfortable. Loved the happy hour at the bar and the front desk staff was exceptional.

Great friendly staff. Everything went was great and it's a beautiful hotel

Towels were old and worn. Room was clean. Hotel staff friendly, although language barrier with check out staff, hard to understand and communicate.

I got the bait and switch when I got there. I booked for a king and was told my room was booked... Don't know why or how seeing as though I booked months in advance. FYI bed are so uncomfortable its makes the floor feel like tempurepedic. Don't go here for a good night sleep.
