Not good housekeeping Laundry takes 3 days to be delivered and only if you ask for it Dirty room and bathroom everyday

We are from Denver area but have stayed in this hotel twice in the last year for events. Both times we've really enjoyed our stay. Really like the restaurant and breakfast buffet.

The staff there was great. The only thing is given the price point of the hotel, I found the beds surprisingly uncomfortable. Loved the happy hour at the bar and the front desk staff was exceptional.

Great friendly staff. Everything went was great and it's a beautiful hotel

Towels were old and worn. Room was clean. Hotel staff friendly, although language barrier with check out staff, hard to understand and communicate.

I got the bait and switch when I got there. I booked for a king and was told my room was booked... Don't know why or how seeing as though I booked months in advance. FYI bed are so uncomfortable its makes the floor feel like tempurepedic. Don't go here for a good night sleep.

Great 3 Day Weekend Stay! Staff was Professional, corner room with King size bed was immaculately clean and organized upon my arrival, and was professionally maintained by the cleaning staff daily. Nice Restaurant/bar. Absolutely quiet in my area at night and I observed nightly request signs designating quiet times. One thing I didn't like. Paid Daily Parking. I was going to rent a car but decided against it for my intended purpose of visiting with family nearby. Cheaper to take a cab. I didn't use it but The Hotel does offer concierge transportation locally although I don't know the particulars. If returning to this area in Denver I would not hesitate to book at this hotel and highly recommend it based on my experience.

We arrived around 12:00 midnight after 18 hours driving and were given a room next to a busy elevator that goes up and down every minutes, therefore we could not sleep. They changed the room in a morning after bringing the matter to their attention. The other issue was with the problem getting in and out of parking structure as the key was not working and no one was around to help. Staff in general were mic, professional. And wonderful as well as their breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, great accommodations. The breakfast is wonderful and is a nice clean hotel. It's pet friendly too, which was awesome cuz we had our pup!

Air condition was not working very good , but hotel was very nice and clean , I will came back again.

A pleasant surprise in Denver. Upscale, modern decor, very clean place. The pool was very warm; the sauna great breakfast at the restaurant quite a treat. We will return to this hotel again.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for three nights in mid-august. I arrived late (1 am) and was given my room. When I got to to the room I had a queen bed and not the two doubles I had reserved. When I asked what happened with the room that I had prepaid, the person in the reception gave me the run-about saying that my pre-purchase of two double beds was subject to availability and that my Orbitz reservation said so. I had to come down and show them that was not the case but the person insisted. Another receptionist overheard and took my case...offered me free parking and breakfast and told me we would be changed the next day as they did not have any availability and have had problems because the 49ers, that were staying there until that day, had done a late check-out messing all their check-ins. Nice recovery and good customer service.

Pleasant, but room for improvement. Bathroom could've been a tad cleaner. Front desk staff could be friendlier, quicker. Gym was the nicest I've seen in any hotel and the ping pong table is a nice touch. Paying for parking was a surprise though, I think at least the first night should be free.

The hotel staff was very helpful especially when things weren't right.

Great hotel for leisure or biz. Huge atrium lobby. Nice lobby bar and restaurant. Starbucks in the lobby. All u can eat breakfast buffet is delish. Indoor pool and hot tub are nice after long day of driving. Wonderful :)

Dont Book Here. Missed flight and they still charged me for room

The upper rooms with "a view" cost a little extra but there is nothing to see here. The room is very comfortable but the cleaning staff could pay a little more attention to the bathroom where there was what looked to be toothpaste splattered on the wall and picture frame. The linens are nice but I have not stopped itching since my stay. Not sure if it's from over bleaching and cheap detergent. Overall a nice place but when I spend this much on a room and expect a higher standard.

Room was clean, but the coffee pot was too small. No small refrigerator in the room. I did not like the pillows or the appearance of the beds.
