Room was not serviced. The do not disturb sign was removed from the door at approximately 11 am. Left hotel until 9 pm. Room not serviced during the day.

Customer service was good. The hotel looked good from the outside but the room we stayed in was in bad shape. I had to take a cold shower in December at a Hayatt??! Wtf?

Exceptionally professional staff, concierge. They do have a valet option but we did not use them. Its a beautiful hotel inside and out. Very clean overall and clean rooms! I can only assume all the rooms have a great the view as our room had a great view of the mountains! it was very nice, I never closed my curtains it was so pretty. I would recommend them 10/10!!

The whole purpose of our visit was to use the pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing. I could tolerate it only for 5 minutes and even then I was huddled next to a wall where warmer water was coming from a pipe. Additionally there was no indoor hot tub (not sure if there was one at all). We brought our almost 9 month old son and unfortunately it was snowing. Going outside wet was not an option. Everything was overpriced. $16 pancakes. I was charged for parking even though through Orbitz it said it was free. Garage was a long walk to the rooms and no luggage’s carts were ever seen. Staff was not rude just unhelpful. No issues were ever resolved or even apologized for. Waste of money.

I liked the location and it was very clean. I think the lighting in the bathroom was inadequate. I think there should be some sort of complimentary breakfast or at least a less expensive option on site. The fitness room was great!

The staff from check - in to the waitress that took good care of me at the restaurant on the 2nd floor. One thing that is NOT the hotel’s situation is the vending machines were empty on a lot of the floors. Canteen needs to do a better job in restocking the vending machines. Very poor customer service with the vending machines, it is NOT the hotels fault.

Excellent location for the Dave Matthews concert. Clean and quiet. Great staff! Comfortable bed. Great stay!

Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was always helpful. it would have been nice to have a hot tub available. it was especially nice to have the cleaning staff present every day to freshen up things.

Very good customer service, great job, very happy. Nice room, great view!
