Bed was very uncomfortable.

Toilet would not stop running once flushed. Housekeeping failed completely to clean room. After complaining at 7:15 pm, housekeeping finally showed up with clean towels and removed trash, did nothing else whatsoever. Complained to font desk Sunday morning. Was offered an apology and a promise to delete the cost of one night’s stay. Very unhappy that this happened at a hotel costing so much with a good reputation as a Hyatt. Have stayed there many times in the past. This was the worst stay at any Hyatt hotel at which we have ever stayed innUS or abroad.

Another fine stay with Hyatt Regency, it’s our go to place.

Great stay for guest who were in town. They enjoyed their stay. It provided the right place for them to relax and work as a couple. The fire alarm went off one morning at 2am but they were able to get back to sleep in 20 minutes. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff were very pleasant and efficient at check in. The property was well kept,clean and smelled as good as it looked. The room was also well kept and clean with a nice comfortable bed and a view of the mountains. The staff was responsive when my wife wanted additional blanket. Considering the present day covid protocols they exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

We traveled 10 hrs and had everything planned to a penny. But then we had a check in early fee. Totally fine we were like 4 hours early but we were so tired we didn’t want to wait. Then they said there was a $200 deposit fee. That was money we needed to use for gas for day traveling and traveling back home. So of course I was frustrated by that. But let it go as they said we’d get it back once we checked out. Then only ONE elevator worked. I thought we paid for a high floor but we were only on level 4 so maybe not. The pool was alright-wasn’t heated. I will say our hotel room wasn’t ever cleaned per the website/piece of paper they hand you, it shouldn’t matter if you request privacy or not. However, we kept after ourselves so it was too messy to begin with. We were told to use the self parking-a long ways from our room, and people were parking for free. Gift shop wasn’t open. After being told the deposit money would be returned after check out-we were informed that it was actually 3-5 business day. The thermostat in the room was set at 60° because we were getting SO hot. *and we come from a place with 115° heat indez

I think this is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed. I had to ask 3 times to get a blanket and one night I slept in coldness without a blanket. They also did not clean my room every day. They said they will clean every 3 days. On the third day, my room was still dirty. I had to go to reception and demand them to clean my room. Next day, they vacuum cleaned the floor. The rooms are small like Super 8 or Motel 6. I will never go back to this hotel, for sure.

People were always friendly and nice!

Room was not serviced. The do not disturb sign was removed from the door at approximately 11 am. Left hotel until 9 pm. Room not serviced during the day.

Exceptionally professional staff, concierge. They do have a valet option but we did not use them. Its a beautiful hotel inside and out. Very clean overall and clean rooms! I can only assume all the rooms have a great the view as our room had a great view of the mountains! it was very nice, I never closed my curtains it was so pretty. I would recommend them 10/10!!
