We enjoyed our stay and was nice experience, however they have small perks in the rooms where they are def out for there money's worth if you book through orbitz and get a top notch room for cheap. Always read fine PRINT!!

The entry area to the hotel - lobby, swimming pool - all look very nice. The rooms are outdated. The movie selections on the TV were extremely outdated movies. The use of the remote on the tv was difficult. We could hear people at the pool, six floors below our room, and we could hear the people in the rooms next to us. It was very disappointing. We had one meal from room service. It arrived quickly but the food was unimpressive. We will not stay here again and would not recommend the hotel to anyone else.

Enjoyed the stay but most people thought we didn't belong there just starred at my family

The beds are not comfortable and caused 3 days of bad sleep

Staff was nice at check in. Elevators are a plenty and fast. Building clean! Parking lot waaaaay away from room. Expect the walk. Room nice. But. Not clean. Hair on towels. In bathtub. No vent in bathroom. I was on the top floor and the hvac on the roof kept my baby up all night. Staff offered move but lost room to sell out. Central location. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

Not good housekeeping Laundry takes 3 days to be delivered and only if you ask for it Dirty room and bathroom everyday

We are from Denver area but have stayed in this hotel twice in the last year for events. Both times we've really enjoyed our stay. Really like the restaurant and breakfast buffet.

The staff there was great. The only thing is given the price point of the hotel, I found the beds surprisingly uncomfortable. Loved the happy hour at the bar and the front desk staff was exceptional.

Great friendly staff. Everything went was great and it's a beautiful hotel

Towels were old and worn. Room was clean. Hotel staff friendly, although language barrier with check out staff, hard to understand and communicate.

I got the bait and switch when I got there. I booked for a king and was told my room was booked... Don't know why or how seeing as though I booked months in advance. FYI bed are so uncomfortable its makes the floor feel like tempurepedic. Don't go here for a good night sleep.

Great 3 Day Weekend Stay! Staff was Professional, corner room with King size bed was immaculately clean and organized upon my arrival, and was professionally maintained by the cleaning staff daily. Nice Restaurant/bar. Absolutely quiet in my area at night and I observed nightly request signs designating quiet times. One thing I didn't like. Paid Daily Parking. I was going to rent a car but decided against it for my intended purpose of visiting with family nearby. Cheaper to take a cab. I didn't use it but The Hotel does offer concierge transportation locally although I don't know the particulars. If returning to this area in Denver I would not hesitate to book at this hotel and highly recommend it based on my experience.

We arrived around 12:00 midnight after 18 hours driving and were given a room next to a busy elevator that goes up and down every minutes, therefore we could not sleep. They changed the room in a morning after bringing the matter to their attention. The other issue was with the problem getting in and out of parking structure as the key was not working and no one was around to help. Staff in general were mic, professional. And wonderful as well as their breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, great accommodations. The breakfast is wonderful and is a nice clean hotel. It's pet friendly too, which was awesome cuz we had our pup!

Air condition was not working very good , but hotel was very nice and clean , I will came back again.

A pleasant surprise in Denver. Upscale, modern decor, very clean place. The pool was very warm; the sauna great breakfast at the restaurant quite a treat. We will return to this hotel again.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for three nights in mid-august. I arrived late (1 am) and was given my room. When I got to to the room I had a queen bed and not the two doubles I had reserved. When I asked what happened with the room that I had prepaid, the person in the reception gave me the run-about saying that my pre-purchase of two double beds was subject to availability and that my Orbitz reservation said so. I had to come down and show them that was not the case but the person insisted. Another receptionist overheard and took my case...offered me free parking and breakfast and told me we would be changed the next day as they did not have any availability and have had problems because the 49ers, that were staying there until that day, had done a late check-out messing all their check-ins. Nice recovery and good customer service.

Pleasant, but room for improvement. Bathroom could've been a tad cleaner. Front desk staff could be friendlier, quicker. Gym was the nicest I've seen in any hotel and the ping pong table is a nice touch. Paying for parking was a surprise though, I think at least the first night should be free.
