Clean rooms, kitchen and utensils not so clean though, had to double check those. Decent location, however must traverse massive bridge and 3 floors of steps just to get to downtown area. About a 10-15 minute walk required before even getting into the heart of the city. I enjoyed it for the rate I got it at, however saw the prices jump drastically since then. I would NEVER pay the current rate for this place when you can get all sorts of hotel amenities for much less AND in more walkable location.

The apartment was fully equipped for our needs: we were able to cook, use the dishwasher, do laundry, etc. the Starbucks coffee machine in the hall for Kasa guests was a nice bonus! The apartment was clean and comfortable and very nicely decorated. It was located in a very convenient location close to many restaurants, supermarkets, union station and a park. The are felt safe to walk around in.

The apartment (not a hotel room) was fine. The issue is the requirement to pay a property fee and the requirement to preregister by providing 3 pictures of me as well as a picture of my drivers license. I was told by a kasa representative this information was needed in order to run a background check on me. I feel all the above are excessive requests related to booking a hotel room for 3 days. Please issue a refund for the property fee.

I don’t know where to start. This place exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed staying here during my time and was pleased with the quality of the room, staff, and amenities. I ended up extending my stay to enjoy the city but also the apartment if I’m honest. Will definitely stay here again.

Place was nice and clean and room had all the options we needed which was nice. We enjoyed everything about it and only had a couple minor suggestions which could improve the comfort of your guests. The couch "bed" was certainly a dissapointment as it was rather small and uncomfortable. Also the furniture in the living room was uncomfortable and unwelcoming to relax at the end of your day. Would still recommend staying here.

Room was spotless, the kitchen b was stocked with plates, glasses, cups and all appliances were working well. They're bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The security process takes a little getting used to. However, the provided instructions with video were excellent. The neighborhood by the river was very walkable and we enjoyed our stay so much.
