The room was great, clean, and the location was in the right spot. There’s a mini store you can purchase items, snacks, frozen foods though no utensils were available and some of the lights did not turn on, but overall our stay was great and i’ll stay here if i visit Denver again

The room was clean, all in working order. Service was fine - they kindly held our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Best part is the breakfast -- full, delicious breakfast from attached restaurant. We were visiting Denver without a car and this location was perfect -- plenty of walkable options and near the Union Station transit hub. I would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect for our weekend trip to explore and attend the NHL game at Ball Arena. We stayed in the panoramic room. Though the room was spacious enough for the 3 of us, the bathroom was quite small. There was one solid wall of windows but the view was not great. That was disappointing. The curtains were ripped at the top and a bit of a struggle to open. There was a full length mirror near the door but no outlets to plug in a blow dryer. There was only a nightstand between the 2 beds so unfortunately the person on the outer side had to place their phone and water on the floor. Again no outlets to plug in phones. 3 adults were given 3 towels and 6 pillows. Odd? The restaurant was great! Very good service from Margaret (Maggie) our waitress! Food was delicious!! Very friendly hotel staff. Great location to walk to Union Station and the Milk Market. We would stay again but probably would not pay the extra for the panoramic view. Not worth the extra $100.
