My only recommendation is how the hotel handles Government Tax Exempt. I provided my tax exempt form and also provided the paper work the hotel asked to have completed and at the time of checkout the tax exempt had not been applied to the two rooms I had paid for. The requested documents were provided to the hotel staff the following morning upon check-in. I was their for 3 days.;

The stay was great. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent location in the city. Grocery store right across the street. Close to union station too and coors ballpark.

Pros - clean and close to Coors field and the train for the ball arena concert. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was really good. Cons - our room was right on the I-25 on-ramp and the road noise is all night and awful. Paid 10 dollars extra for a large window view of the power station and the air conditioner is like a freight train.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beyond comfortable. Two of the three guest elevators were not working but it all worked out. My kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the gym. The hotel location was very convenient. Overall, our stay was exceptional!

We stayed at this property as it's convenient to Coors Field. 12 floors of rooms and only 1 of 3 elevators was working for our 3 day stay. The pool water was extremely hot, at least 90 degrees, so we didn't use it. It was very noisy at night. We needed a toothbrush but the front desk told us to go to a convenience store, they didn't have any. I tried to get change from 3 different areas in the hotel (for tips) but they refused. A customer gave me change. Of the 4 hotels I booked for our trip, this was by far the most expensive. Plus $49 per day to park.

Parking lot was small. Noisey area , but hotel and staff are amazing. The pool are is nice and opens to the outdoors, but the water is not heated and was very chilly. Clean comfortable rooms.

This was a great hotel! Went for bluejays series. Excellent location, grocery store across the street. Close to the union station, Beds were comfy. Would recommend this hotel!!
