I had a great experience here the staff was friendly and even prepared my room for an early checkin the room was small but for the price i couldnt complain i would come back here again

There was no fridge, microwave or coffee machine in the room. Hot water was available in the lobby bur when I went down to get hot water the carafe was empty and the one employee in sight had a line waiting to check in so I left and did without tea. The lighting choices were "barely enough to see" or :"interrogation style" lighting due to the bank of lights which ran the length of the room. I will not stay there again.

Near airport, limited nearby restaurant options, the flourescent lights above bed, no other lamps, was awful. Either blinding light if lying in bed or complete darkness.

I called the hotel to tell them my flight was delay. The receptionist called two time after to see if I still wanted my room. I paid for the room so yes, I still wanted the room. I don't know why she kept calling unless they were trying to double book the room. The carpet was dirty but other than that it was a value motel.

Clean room, good bed, but no fridge, microwave or coffee in room. Mediocre breakfast.

I needed a 4:45 a.m. taxi to the airport and requested the front desk reserve one for me. I was told to call 30 minutes before I was ready to leave to have one scheduled. Just to be safe, I called a full 40 minutes early. The voice at the other end said, "I'll see what I can do" and hung up. I called back and asked "What does that mean?" She said I should have called an hour early, but they'd try. I went down to the front desk, and nobody was there. After calling the front desk number, somebody finally appeared. I asked what the status was for the taxi, and she told me she never heard back from the taxi company? "So what are my odds of making my flight?" "Pretty good." I found somebody leaving the airport by Lyft and caught a ride with her. I told the front desk staffer that I no longer needed a taxi, and she didn't bother to respond. In addition to complete ambivalence regarding me catching my flight, when I checked in a staffer told me my room had no smoke detector, and there might be dirty towels on the floor. Is that ok with me, or do I want another room? I asked how much effort it would take to put me in another room. "It wouldn't be any more difficult...." Well then, why try to put me in a dirty room in the first place??

The room and towels were clean. The shuttle service between the hotel and the airport was excellent! For a one night stay, the hotel was ok. However: The bed was older and concave. The toilet paper holder was broken and sitting on the sink when we entered. The window wouldn't lock because the window was damaged near the locks. The walls in hallways showed several scrapes and gouges. Overall the facility, in my limited view, was in disrepair. And the breakfast was nothing to write home about.

I stayed for 6 days for a conference. It was about a 20 minute drive, but it was a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Far enough out to be peaceful and close enough to still be convenient for food/activities.

We were there for one night. The beds are very nice (pillows are down pillows and synthetic). The breakfast was a standard continental with only bread products. Good place to crash.

One room wasn't even made when we got there we had to get a different room I was kind of a bad was OK otherwise nothing special

Before I booked my stay I personally called to make sure they offered parking. They said yes we do for $8 s day. Never did they say .... YOU NEED TO RESERVE or prepay for it. To get to our hotel at 1am and not have a place to park was a horrible surprise especially when we had a 5am flight.

I chose the Microtel because of the price point and that it had an airport shuttle. The overall experience was OK. I would make this selection again.

No complaints. Comfortable. Breakfast a little skimpy.

Assigned to room 414 initially. Didn't need AC/Heat until the 4th night and discovered heat was not working. Room temp dropped to 60 that night. Informed the overnight employee who indicated that would take care of. Twelve hours later, nothing had been done when I returned from work. Hotel moved me to a different room.

The Hotel was fine, staff was fine, just the room I had next to the equipment room was load. Could hear a, what sounded like a pump running every 20 min or so..they did discount my room for the noise problem

Heater broken and our room keyed twice--once for us & once for someone else. Other guests entered our room while we were in bed! Other than those hiccups, an affordable option that is well maintained.

transit in Denver. stored car there for the week while traveling by air. Secure storage of car and stayed another day at hotel to check out Denver.

Great location for us. We had stayed here before,....nice,clean and a good breakfast.

I'm from St. Louis, and my partner and I planned a trip to Las Vegas, which is about a 23 hour drive, so we decided to spend the night halfway in Denver. I booked 1 King bed and upon checking in was told they were out, and was offered 2 queen beds at the same rate. The hotel was overall alright, room was clean, had a mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom was clean. The free breakfast was pretty standard for a cheaper hotel, cereals, muffins, fruit etc. One downside for me was the lack of a pool. Location isn't bad, some restaurants are close enough to deliver, which we took advantage of with Domino's. I would probably stay here again if shortly passing through, if you are looking for a lot of amenities this probably isn't the hotel for you, but if you're looking for a standard reliable stay this probably isn't a bad choice.
