Absolutely horrible customer service. Shuttle runs infrequently and inconsistently. Front desk refused to answer calls. After finally arriving at the hotel over 2 hours later (after midnight), it was apparent that customer service intentionally left the front desk phone on the counter to avoid receiving calls.

Annoying housekeeping staff knocking at door when you are trying to sleep. This is an airport area hotel so people may be sleeping in due to getting in late or jet lag. Rooms have only basic amenities. On the plus side, it's a quiet, safe area very near to the airport,and beds are comfortable.

Not any obvious care for the environment. At breakfast, everything was single-use, Styrofoam, throw away. In the bathroom - same. No signs visible about any climate or environmental concerns. Driver was grumpy. Check-in was easy though!

The reception desk look and functioned like a temporary fixture! The public restroom sink faucet came off in my hand and I could not get any water to wash my hands! Bathroom sink faucet in room 204 was so old and corroded it was difficult to rotate it to control water temperature. The ACH unit looked like it had been pulled in from outside and was weather worn on the top and was a large obtrusive unit. Room draperies were flimsy and did no keep out the street lights. Old worn towels and face clothes. A disappointing experience.

Room functionality was lacking. No place for a soap dish in the shower, no towel racks to dry towels, no hairdryer. Breakfast was all refined sugary carbs. No protein nor fruit. Shuttle service to the airport was great.

Clean but BYOW
Simple, clean room and comfortable bed. I was put by the service room at the end of the hall (in a 3/4 empty hotel) that had some sort of compressor unit in it. It was a little noisy but once it shut off it wasnt too bad. Hopefully, whatever construction is going on provides some much needed updates. No drinking water available so bring your own and breakfast is seriously lacking! (Staff brought out a whole plate of bagels, toasted them in front of me, then took them back to the stock room)
