Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed coffee they had in lobby. Price was good. Location was wonderful. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Had to change rooms due a plumbing issue. Had to coach the front desk on what i needed. Rooms are huge and breakfast was plentiful

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and appearance of this hotel. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable, but most importantly for me is a spotless bathroom, which it had. The staff seemed a little distracted when I checked in but everything was smooth enough. If you need a shuttle to the airport, reserve a spot when you check in and you should be fine. Great spot for the value and proximity to the airport!

It’s good that the front desk is 24/7. However the airport shuttle is not satisfying…we waited about an hour but didn’t see. Thanks for the driver of the Night Inn shuttle in the same plaza took us back. When we leave, we were told that the shuttle needs to be reserved, only when we checked in…we ended up taking Uber to be airport

Loved staying here. Very clean and updated. The only complaint I would have is the pool was cold and pool area was uninviting. Great stay and loved the shuttle service to the airport.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I called on the evening of our reservation to let them know that our flight had been delayed and that we would be arriving very late. I was traveling with 4 children and wanted to make sure that we weren't going to run into any issues. I was told everything was fine and they would see us when we arrived. When we arrived at 1:30 in the morning, I was told they didn't have any more rooms. I had a non-refundable reservation. If I didn't show up, I wasn't getting a refund. It's not right that there wasn't a room waiting for us. I do understand that things happen and I would have be okay if they moved us to a nearby hotel with similar accommodations. That's not at all what happened. First, we had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa because we are a family of 6. Their first offer was to move us to a nearby hotel with only 2 queen beds and have us put 3 people in each bed. Ummm....really? After a half hour of standing in the lobby, they said they found a hotel with two rooms. Our new hotel was a huge down grade. I contacted Orbitz since I made the reservation through them. They said any refund was up to the hotel and they would submit a request for the hotel to contact me. It's been 10 days and I still have not heard from them. HORRIBLE customer service.

The room was dirty found a beer cap on floor, there was dog hair and stains on sofa

Room was nice but management was pathetic. We stayed 3nights and no room service, no one at the front desk knew that we had added a 4 th night, not even the manager. One hand did not know what the other was doing. No communication among staff. Manager was very lazy, unhelpful, nasty attitude

Hello Ashley, we do apologize about the shuttle and you having to wait for so long for it to arrive. Typically the shuttle runs every thirty mins. 24 throughout the day. Only stopping at island 3 outside of either door 205 or 212. Coming from the airport you do not need a reservation only leaving the hotel will you need to reserve in advance. we do apologize again about any miscommunications between us we hope to hear from you again.
