Sebastian was a very attentive host and his place is quaintly great. Very well located in the heart of Capital Hill, and spacious inside. The only thing we found lacking was a legit coffee maker (Keurig, bah!), but the rest of the place is very comfy and I would return given the opportunity.

Lovely two story condo conveniently located in Capital Hill area. The main floor has a nice kitchen and eclectic living room. Interesting mix of old Colorado and Thai/Asian - somehow it all works.The two large bedrooms are in the basement. The king bed is firm and the queen bed is soft. The king room has a renovated onsuite bathroom. Washer and dryer downstairs as well.The area directly around the property is fairly bland with apartments but walk a few minutes to the right and you are at Capital Hill - highly recommend taking the free Captial building tour. Walking down the hill to the left and you hit several restaurants. We took short cheap Uber rides to Broncos/Nuggets games. Gated included parking a big plus for us.Response time by the Sebastian at SkyRun was lightning fast. Very well organized property. They were also very accomodating for our early check in.

Lovely, spacious space! We loved the spacious family room and kitchen area on the top floor. The beds were very comfortable downstairs, too. We had a wonderful stay and Sebastien was very communicative throughout the trip!
