I am generally happy with the flight, but I miss the customer service atmosphere that used to be the norm in the airline industry of a few years ago when beverages, snacks (even meals), and a complimentary carry on and checked bag were free of charge (or at least not treated as extras for a price). That level of service demonstrates value for the customer and encourages repeat travel, even company loyalty. Please consider bringing this back in the context of your business.
great crew who were welcoming and helpful
The price is pretty cheap and that is fantastic, but honestly other than the friendly staff, flying frontier has little else to offer to make the flight a positive experience.
Seats are very uncomfortable.
Flight was okay. Definitely low-budget. Customer Service wasn't helpful with a question we had. Instead of addressing our question, she gave us a number to call.
I’m glad I didn’t have to pay to use the toilets!!☹️☹️
They let me pre board to wipe down chairs for my child's food allergy. That small thing makes a flight so much less stressful!
Enjoyed our flight
Furious I had to pay $30 for a small carry on and at the gate they were offering customers to check their luggage in for free. Furious!
Could have told me my flight would be delayed
We left over an hr later than we we’re supposed to. Then the staff didn’t offer any of us anything for being inconvenienced. Very annoyed and frustrated
Frontier airlines is awful and didn’t provide proper customer service or any problem solving skills to us traveling to help us rebook a flight after an unexpected technical issue with the plane.
Spoiled Orbitz and Frontier. Lost a customer due to no service from Frontier. Had to book a different flight do to no help at airport 45 minutes before my flight. Spent hours trying to figure it out and spent an additional $1000 on a replacement flight.
One of worst flights ever. I will never fly Frontier again. It was horrible.
My 7 AM flight was delayed so I missed my meetup in New Mexico!
My flight was cancelled and Frontier airline offered no support to find another flight that day even through other airlines. I did not receive any notification it was cancelled until I was at the airport 1 hour before the flight. The service offered was terrible!
Delayed my first connection so I would miss the 2nd connection and wouldn't rebook me until Thrusday. I lost over $200 today because the ATO and the call center people refused to help.
This is a horrid airline. Didn't offer complimentary water or anything else to drink, no snack, hard hard hard seats. Fees for bags frees to pick a seat! Horrid never again!
