Good seat , good service ! Thank you ( I rarely fly United but will start to ) A good experience !!

Dec 28, 2018

I have noticed over the last couple of years flight attendants and airline staff have improved their demeanor.... in the past they have been rude (and some still are,) mean and yelling at people coming through lines. People pay for an enjoyable experience in visiting family, but what often comes with that is: being stressed out going through the lines and being yelled at..... Like behavior is mirrored. Thank you for aspiring to nobility.

The staff was very helpful with my two young children, and helping find a puzzle piece that fell under seat cushion. Happy Thabkshiving!
