It being a 7 hour flight; the plane could have been roomier

Delta in Grand Junction took great care of us after our flights were delayed. We were booked 36 hours later with great support and ease.

Jan 30, 2020

The space between the seats was inadequate on the flight from DWF to XNR. I can't imagine how uncomfortable it must be for a tall man

Dec 10, 2019

Flight attendant was delightful!

Every single staff member was absolutely amazing.

Sep 22, 2019

Grand junction direct to chicago is a great flight. Keep it going!!

Jun 3, 2019

No WiFi on this trip.

Jan 3, 2019

Seriously though, the order of boarding does not proceed in any logical order. Why not board window seats first starting from the back, then middle, then aisle? It would take 10 minutes to board the entire plane. Sure, first class can still be classist and be boarded first.

I have noticed over the last couple of years flight attendants and airline staff have improved their demeanor.... in the past they have been rude (and some still are,) mean and yelling at people coming through lines. People pay for an enjoyable experience in visiting family, but what often comes with that is: being stressed out going through the lines and being yelled at..... Like behavior is mirrored. Thank you for aspiring to nobility.

Not happy about not being able to pick seat when flying basic economy. I like to pick aisle seat when booking, and now I have to wait and hope I’m assigned one, or pay extra for it, which I did, only to find the plane was half empty, and I could sit where I wanted. Quit nickel and diming people! Let us pick seats when booking!

The staff was very helpful with my two young children, and helping find a puzzle piece that fell under seat cushion. Happy Thabkshiving!
