Convenient to the airport. Great staff, clean room all around great place to stay for the night.

Just stayed one night to get to the airport for a super easy flight. Check in was painless. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and I slept well. The front desk arranged for the shuttle to pick me up for my early flight. Very fine experience!

The rooms and furnishings were old and worn out. The bathtub had no anti slip material and was very slick.

It was quiet we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very close to the fun.

Property was dated, bed sheets were stained, and did not feel clean

Room was cold and the blankets were really thin. Rooms were not as updated as the pictures implied.

The staff was very courteous, proximity to airport and shuttle ride to airport is something i loved about this property. There were no quilts, just sheets for covering in the snowy cold. The pillows were too high for us. It seemed they are still working on the interiors of the room.

Airport shuttle was 24 hrs. every thirty minutes, prompt, reliable but shared with other hotels, so important to reserve in advance and stick with reserved time. Shower in my room didn't work. The lever to switch to shower was frozen so had take a bath. Otherwise everything clean and functional. Check in and check out staff efficient and friendly. Entire experience was at or above par for budget airport hotels.

They overbooked leaving my 70 year old mom stranded at the airport after midnight. Then hung up on me when I told them that was unacceptable.

The window in room 235 was broken air from the wintry weather outside was blowing in. We turned up the heat to sleep a few hours before making a long drive back to MN diidnt use the hotel amenities really slept and grabbed a coffee and headed out

I parked my car next to a half-drunk and corked bottle of wine sitting on a wall. The front desk attendant, a grouchy and unshaven older gentleman, was more interested in getting me out of his sight than answering my questions. My room was unbearably hot when I stepped inside, but the heating/cooling system, an old appliance below the room's window, wouldn't switch on no matter what dial I turned. The thermostat on the wall was disabled. (The system did turn on in the morning, so apparently management had switched it off for the night.) I tried to open the window, but it slipped off its track as I moved it and I had to wrestle with it to get it back into position. Cigarette smoke wafted in from the parking lot below, so I had to close it again. My family was landing at Denver International Airport at midnight, so I called the desk to ask about their shuttle service. The same attendant answered the phone and couldn't wait to hang up. He didn't give me the chance to ask him about the shuttle's schedule, so I called back and the phone rang around 30 times before he finally picked up and, sounding more annoyed, told me it arrives "15 minutes after and til." (My family got there at 15 minutes after only to find that the shuttle had already been there and departed.) I went out to pick up my family and had to walk past a woman sitting on the ground in front of the entrance looking disoriented. The place is seedy and I wouldn't stay there again.

The TV was broken, the heat control was falling out of the wall, I couldn't get enough hot water to shower. Even though it was 12 degrees outside, there was only a thin coverlet on the bed and no warm blankets. They didn't shovel the snow off the sidewalks and all entryways were treacherous. Overall I was disappointed and will not stay here again.

Hotel was dated, but good deal for the price. The staff was extremely helpful.

The property was clean, close to the airport, (free pickup) and our room was ready when we arrived at 10pm. We since discovered that there are probably 10 other motels in the area that offer free pick up and delivery to airport. However, they did not have ink in their printers to print boarding passes, which added a bit to our trek at the airport. They did not have any amenities in their stock cases by the front door. We arrived late, and were looking for snack bars, chips, candy bars. The next morning at 730 am the warm selection of the breakfast foods was 3 sausage patties left. They serve from 6am until 9am.
