Good hotel.

Dont like that they charge $15 pet night to park in a public parking lot that is also used by Kaiser Medical

The room and the hotel were well appointed, as you’d expect at a Hilton. But the junior suite did not have a door on the bedroom area. The bathroom did not have a working fan, making the room a steam bath after a shower. And the bathroom sink made a noise every time it emptied, like it had a partial clog in the trap.

The place was very nice. Didn't like the bathroom door, could not stay open, very loud when it shut and didn't look like a bathroom door, more like a closet door. Didn't like paying for parking, for the cost of a room it should be included.

Smelled like sewer. No service. Unless you did it yourself . Hidden charges. Parking.

The hotel was under construction with tarps and blankets covering things. There was no daily maid service unless you called the desk before 5pm, the breakfast dining was overpriced, using paper and plastic plates and silverware left over from COVID protocols. The elevator had blankets covering the walls during the construction and the floor was filled with debris. All these limited services and they still charged us $15 a day to park at their facility.

Convenient location was a plus. Did not like the $15 per night parking fee. Had a gym but the apparatus I wanted to use had a “Not working” sign. Had to pay extra for breakfast. Did not eat there.

Katie and the front desk was great. Orbitz didn’t update my reservation so when I arrived at the hotel, they couldn’t find my reservation. Katie helped and was able to get me into the room I wanted. The suite bathroom toilet didn’t flush, they fixed it the next day. The other bathroom’s sink, water pressure was super low, so we all had to wash our hands in master sink. Overall, I enjoyed my stay

The hotel is wonderful and the staff is very welcoming.

I really appreciated the kind and caring staff here. Kaile, Marian, and Manny went way above expectations to help me have a great stay.

The renovated rooms are wonderfully comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are sincerely amazing. The manager, Sue, does anything she can to make you comfortable and has hired and trained an awesome team.

The staff here is amazing. Marian, in particular, went so far beyond exceptional care and service. As long as she works here, this is where I’ll stay when I visit San Diego.

Good location

The location of this hotel is good. The room clean was not cleaned even I did request one day before.

They charge for daily parking, Yay!

Katie and the front desk was great. Orbitz didn’t update my reservation so when I arrived at the hotel, they couldn’t find my reservation. Katie helped and was able to get me into the room I wanted. The suite bathroom toilet didn’t flush, they fixed it the next day. The other bathroom’s sink, water pressure was super low, so we all had to wash our hands in master sink. Overall, I enjoyed my stay
