My son’s personal items went missing from our hotel room. We only had cleaning staff enter the room once on our first night. Once we noticed the items were missing we contacted the hotel, filed a report, etc.. we have not heard back from them, it’s been 2 months. It was brushed off as if it’s no big deal or we misplaced the items. The items were strictly for our flight, they were not being moved around like other items would have been. Once we entered the hotel room we set them to the side with our luggage and they disappeared. My kids were extremely upset, it ruined our trip. The items are always replaceable but the thought of them going “missing” from what should have been our private “safe” room for the week left us extremely uncomfortable. The staff was no help at all and didn’t take us seriously.
Our bathroom toilet paper did not have a holder. It was just sitting on the counter. When I told the staff they said they’d send someone up to fix it, I waited no one arrived. It never got fixed.

Cleanliness: Our room was in the tower across from the front desk. The interior of the building looked like it had not been cleaned or maintained since it was built. It was in poor condition, the dust was so thick on the plants, mirrors and staircase.
Overall it was very disappointing and overpriced. The only good thing about our stay was the beach access and chairs.
