The room was outdated, our mattress was lumpy, and pillows were to firm. The restrooms in the Casino section had broken latches and doors wouldn't close properly. This poor place requires a complete makeover that's for sure. This was the first and last time we'd stay here. =(

This was our first overnight stay in Reno, ever. We could not have chosen better. What a beautiful hotel with great staff. KRYSTAL checked us in. She was professional and accommodating. What a welcome. The room is gorgeous and overlooks the famous Reno arch. So comfortable, too. We'll be back.
