Elegantly furnished with 520 square feet, with a king bed, convenient sitting area with desk and double sofa bed. 45 inch high definition TV, iHome radio and Kitchenette with mini refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee maker, stove top and microwave. Marble and Quartz bathroom with oversized jet whirlpool tub and separate glass enclosed shower and TV in bathroom.

110 square foot balcony overlooking Fontainebleau main pools and ocean. No Smoking. Glass-enclosed state of the art gym, 40,000 square foot two-level Lapis Spa with world famous treatments. On-site several beautiful restaurants: Steakhouse, 24 hour high end dining, poolside cafe, coffee shop, live nightclub, Blade Sushi Bar and Ultra-Lounge. Multiple pools, beach with chairs and umbrella, designer clothing boutique, spa shop, smoke shop and pool shop.

In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request.
Payments made via credit card or vrbo will incur a 4% fee.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. clean, modern, great beach, warm service, loved the mini kitchen and interesting city/beach view. disliked pool music which had painfully loud bass line that could be heard and felt across the beach--headache inducing. also two of 4 elevators intended to serve Tressor Tower were out-of-service. this created a one-way "vertical commute time" to lobby/beach of 15-20 minutes.

I have to say I really enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful great view nice and clean had a washer and dryer and a full kitchen that had enough for us to make small items, the staff was really nice and helpful they made check in and out really smooth, the only issue we had was the elevator, only two worked and it took a good 15min to get on the elevator if you were waiting in the lobby to go upstairs and about the same or more to come down, but all and all our stay was great.

We had a great stay here at Fontainebleau. My husband and I came for vacation in Miami. This hotel is iconic and the people in the area know it well. It has a good reputation. Very international. The pools were amazing and beach access was perfect. We took advantage of the morning circuit training classes and loved the trainers. Finding food at a reasonable price was a bit challenging and the hotel is sooo huge that it has 4 different areas for pick up if you are using Uber or public transportation. We used the free Trolly to get to South Beach easy peasy. We would stay here again if we come back to Miami.

It was lovely the spa is wonderful. Only concern is cleanliness of jacuzzi cleanliness..some mold noted. Easy fix with bleach. Overall wonderful experience. Not fond of service fee. I always prefer to tip on my on accord for services rendered. Housekeeping was annoying at checkout. They came three times before 11 that was bothersome when checkout is at 11 and my husband stated to come back at 11 but they kept coming back prior to 11. We didn't like being rushed I get its a job for her but we are on vacation and the rush was really annoying. I'm sure she wouldn't like it if it was done to her.

The Fontainebleau is a Gorgeous Resort

I stayed at this VRBO with my two teenage daughters. We all LOVED the beach, the pools, and the overall feel of the resort. Chris is very responsive. The glass on the balcony was dirty, taking away from the view. I reached out to him, and within 15 minutes someone was up to clean the glass. The room has been remodeled, but you may notice some of its age at the bottom of the doors and especially the bathtub. I was looking forward to using the tub, but that changed when I saw the condition of it (there is a divot in the bottom and the area by the jets is yellow). The view is nice, but you have to look to your left or to your right to see it. Directly in front of you is the Sorrento Tower. It is easy to position the chairs in order to catch the gorgeous ocean. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return to the Fontainebleau!

First Class all the way!!!

From the moment we stepped outside of our car till when we left everything was first First Class. If you have a lot of luggage I recommend using a bell hop to help you to your room. Upon opening the doors to our room my wife and I just looked at each other with smiles and we were speechless. It’s everything we wanted and then some, views of the ocean and pools down below were spectacular!!! If you enjoy the finer things in life and want to be treated like royalty then this is the place for you. The host Chris is very helpful and very quick to respond to your needs!!! I wish I could rate this room and hotel higher than 5 stars. I highly recommend booking this place, we will be back again
