When I arrived I got there late because I had just booked a last-minute room, I had to call the one 800 number because no one was at the front desk. When I went to check in the representative that checked me and didn't even know what time checkout was. The room that I was given when I walked in all the lights were on the TV was on and the light of the bathroom and the bathroom door was closed. I honestly thought that someone was still in the room. It was really late so I decided to just go to bed. All night long all I smelled was marijuana I couldn't figure out where was coming from. When I woke up in the morning I dropped my phone next to the bed so I reached down to pick it up and saw a partially smoked marijuana joint on the carpet. In a NON smoking room! So I then decided to make myself breakfast and just leave. I had bought a few things to prepare... well I looked at all the cabinets and everything was empty. Apparently you actually have to call to request these items !! I just gathered my things and left !! Totally disappointed and exhausted !! Won't ever stay or recommend that place!

Room wasn't very clean, there was a spider in the sink. The shower curtain wasn't long enough to block water from going into the rest of the bathroom. "Breakfast" was cheap granola bars, packaged muffins, and coffee. Staff seemed inexperienced and untrained on how to operate their check in/out system. Won't be going back

Room was alright. Could've use a clock, a trash can in the bathroom and a phone that actually called the front desk.

This has to be the wrost booking out of all my travels in my life I have ever booked room sucked A. C made noise, no trash can, cold water, The little old lady was so rude she made everything so hard about moving my room and gave me a dirty room. The only help I got was from the Manger she was helpful and even told the old lady why did u move them to a dirty room and the whole time was asking for room keys before I moved she was acting like the room keys were a brick of gold that being the old lady. I Got this room free with my rewards points and I'm mad even tho this room was free that's how bad it was

Checked into the hotel and the staff switched out rooms he said he wasn't fond of the smell so he switched our rooms. We got into our room and it smelled really funky and of really strong urine. I went into the bathroom and the smell was nearly unbearable. Hair clippings still on the counter, the cupboards were filthy and full of dust and food and grime. Surprised the fridge was clean and under the vent hood as well. The stove pan had food around it and food under it. We went and got our own cleaning supplies and cleaned what we would use. We had to stay a week due to wait time closing on our house. Checked out and complained about the cleanliness and showed them the pictures I had posted here. They said that because of how busy they were and the turn around time the house keepers didn't have enough time to completely deep clean the rooms. WHAT?? Did I hear that right? Well how about integrity for your job and the place you work? How about the concerns of your customers? I was shocked! Especially when those rooms are rented for long stays.

If you like small rooms, loud air conditioners, clogged shower drains and TV with minimal channels this is your hotel

I was shocked that cleaning lady comes only once per week. It was towels in the bathroom. I will never stay there again. Parking was good and comfortable but the rest was very bad. Sorry but I will rate it as C minus.

I stayed at this hotel and got what I expected for the price through an online booking service. The hotel was fine, but the sheets were spotty, it smelled a bit like motor oil and the bathroom and kitchen could use some serious renovations. The staff was friendly at the front desk but the maid service came on my last day and knocked on my door even after I yelled that I was still sleeping and had another two hours until checkout. I had to get up and go to the door to tell her this and it was a bit annoying, especially since this was two hours prior to checkout.

Would recommend against the lowest in rice efficiency suite. They appear to be designed for the many semi permanent young asian couples who work across the street at t mobile headquarters. Very worn out. Lots of smoking on the balconies. Difficult parking as people from T mobile, UW hospital and Honda seem to have parking privileges. On plus side easy to get to Seattle or Bellevue

I would never stay here, and will never even consider an extended stay America after this trip

Just needed an inexpensive place for a one night stay, good location, but the hotel room was small, outdated and stuffy. Someone had covered the smoke alarm with a plastic baggy and likely smoked in this non smoking room. Bed blanket had cigarette burns and did not seem fresh. Staff was nice. Even the lobby smelled smokey and musty.

location is good. There is smell in the room. Window can not be opened to exchange the air.

Gummy frogs on the floor, next to, not behind, the dresser. Bottle cap on the dresser when I checked in. If I weren't dead broke, and this weren't the cheapest hotel near where I needed to be, I would not have stayed.

We booked two rooms for a business trip at a very reasonable price. The rooms were decent and the staff was okay, although not very knowledgeable. The only issue I had was that I had to go back and forth between the lobby and my room a few times before I could get in. Apparently my specific room had a "special" way you had to open the door.

This property itself is nice and the rooms have great amenities. I was just very disappointed when I found out my online reservation was submitted to the hotel as a "smoking room", when my email confirmation clearly showed "non-smoking". Due to being completely booked, the hotel was able to swap my room 2 days into my stay, but the 2 nights I had to spend in the smoking room were pretty miserable.

Hotel and booking company website said pool, NO POOL. Food was found in refrigerator, toilet was dirty, room reacked of smoke, bed was like sleeping on concrete. Went to lobby for change for laundry and waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to come to desk. Would never go here again.

We chose this hotel because it was close to family and comparatively cheap. The room was pretty much the same as a Motel 6.

Good hotel for a decent price. Nice location. Terrible breakfasts.

Bed not very comfortable but OK, kids upstairs were noise.

Average hotel but it was not bad. The most important thing to me is that the rooms are clean and they were.
