The room was not vacuumed there was no towel or soap. It had a bad stench to it.

Property was slightly run down, was not cleaned well.

Property was nice. It’s stationed next to T-Mobile hq, however, the room we got smelled like cigarette and it didn’t smell clean. Shower started to clog up, and drained slowly.

Great location. About 15 minutes from Bellevue. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy in and out.

Toilet didn’t work at all in first room. Second room’s toilet was not functioning properly.

Two things.. 1)very hard to find with google maps..the manager said they (the hotel) didn't input the address in correctly.. So why isn't it fixed yet? 2) Very noisy all night, didn't sleep a wink. There were no cups, plates, or silverware.. A few pans and thats it... Yes very disappointed.

Front desk staff was not very help, didn’t even attempt to help with our inquiry.

the Indian woman that was at the reception desk when I checked in on January 14 was rude and unfriendly. The young man in the morning was delightful. The "breakfast" was not ready at 6 when advertised. The room was fairly clean but scratched and frayed. When I checked in the room was smelly and the window open with the fan on... in January. It wasn't worth finding another hotel, but Iwouldn't stay here again.

Room floor under bed was not clean, had condom wrappers under bed.

Convenient location. Was able to visit downtown and close to the airport. Helpful front desk staff. Left too early in the morning for the light breakfast they provide.

The location is good. The staff, the cleanliness was horrible. There bugs and moths in the room and they did not clean the rooms as they suggest. Overall a very bad experience. They did not have utensils even a glass for water.

Very quiet and convenient location, great staff, BUT, the room was not in good shape. Some examples: a strong musty odor hit me every time I entered room, and permeated my clothes after 2 days; very obvious stains and hair remaining in bathroom after last guest; bathroom fan so noisy and imbalanced that I thought it would wake folks in adjacent rooms; melted cover plate on electrical outlet at kitchen table; filthy carpet with what appeared to be pet food kibbles scattered about. That said, the bed was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is located by T-Mobile HQ, very convenient access to office and restaurants in a quite neighborhood!

It was a nice comfortable room for a good price.There was plenty of room. The bed was okay compared to other hotels I have stayed at.

Our room was cleaned before we got it but they didn’t take out the trash from the people before which was under the kitchen sink. The room smelt horrible from trash sitting in their. It smelt like the dump so who knows how long that garbage had actually been sitting there! I let the staff know and they just said okay thanks for letting us know. Never got the garbage out of the room or even come to the room. The employees are not friendly or courteous. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel charge me an extra night due to a "NO SHOW" My flight schedule to arrived at midnigjt and once a get the hotel was 1am. When a I was on the checkout process hotel rep advise me that I was coded as a no show the night that I arrived. He explain to me that the check in process had to made between 3pm and 11 pm. I explain to him that theres no way I can get the hotel before 11pm due to my flight schedule. Rep told me to contact Orbitz to find out if they can talk with the hotel manager to find out a reimburstment. I call Orbitz custumer service line and they proceed to contact the hotel. Orbitz received same response. I felt that I was robbed. Also room service never show up to clean the room. My stayed was a total mess in this hotel and will never stay in or recommend this hotel anymore. I travel to Seattle area 3 or 4 times in the year and this was the first and last time that I stayed in this hotel. Its a joke!!!

Not where is stay if it wasn't walking distance from my client.

The check-in clerk was very friendly and polite. 5/5 for his service. However, the hotel itself was disappointing. Carpet was dirty. Cabinets were broken. Sofa bed was not comfortable. Not enough toiletry. Overall it is was a disappointing experience.
